Melts are amazing. However delivery slow and when queried my order I clearly got a generic response saying all orders would be processed over the next few days. I'd ordered 2 weeks before, albeit directly after Christmas. The melts happened to be delivered that day.
If i make an enquiry about an order I've paid money for i do expect the company to check my order not just take the quick generic response route. Disappointing but as i said lovely melts!!

I have only just started purchasing from Daisy Blue and think it's so lovely that Lorraine gives you the personal touch. She is such a lovely lady. So far I have purchased a burner, wax melts, and two large vases all of which are stunning. Just a little point... I thought the Coconut melt would have smelled a bit stronger but that's ok. I am now waiting for a few more things but I have no doubt they will be as lively as my other items I purchased. Thank you Lorraine, long may you prosper

I ordered wax melts and a burner from this company, spending approximately £40. Once received the burner was clearly defective as the tea light hole had no base to it meaning the candle was so low down in the burner that when lit it didn't melt the wax melt above. I reported this to Lorraine the owner of the company who told me I was using the wrong tea lights. So I spent another £10 buying the particular tea lights she told me to use. This still didn't work. I explained to her again that I can only get the wax melt to melt if I pile two tea lights one on top of the other. She simply refused to believe me and told me her product was not defective and how many she has sold in the past!! At no point did she apologise or offer a replacement or a swap. In fact she was argumentative, defensive and rude! She said I could send it back for testing as she clearly didn't believe me?? Her unhelpful attitude and lack of customer service was shocking. I would not recommend this company because if you have an issue she will not help you! Terrible service and products!
