Bought a sweatshirt off them nearly 2 months ago (March 6th) and been ignoring my messages about when it will be delivered. Asked many times and they kept saying “will be with you near the end of the week” with no proof of delivery. Scammers !

My daughter recommended this company because she has very good service from them. I ordered some labels on March 5, 2026 and have not received them. Contacted them and they advised they posted the labels, then they said they are checking for the order details, no further response. Messaged them on April 14, 2026 they responded to say they were closed over easter. Still no update on my order. Sent 2 further messages since and still no response. I'm so disappointed and think they are just a SCAM, they sent out their early orders for ppl to promote their SCAM.

Fraud! I ordered back in January after being contacted through instgram. Placed the order through the website, at first was told just a delay, then told had been posted, then apology given and apparently refund sent but never received. Now blocked me on social media so I can't contact for my money back. Had also frauded other small businesses I know!

I sent my money over a month ago. I had no communication with what so ever! I’ve been blocked on every social media account. I’ve sent multiple emails to get in touch and have not heard anything. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMER.

Had to go through my bank to obtain my refund. Got an offer through for a logo jumper. Messaged her after 4 weeks as it hadn’t arrived she said it would be with me at the end of the week. I said perfect I can’t wait, went to look today and she’s blocked me on social media. Avoid at all costs!

great communication, confused at why people are complaining over the wait when it states the wait time on site.

Order never received – avoid.

I placed an order over 5 weeks ago and did not receive the item. Despite contacting the business multiple times, communication was inconsistent and no clear updates or resolution were provided.

I requested a refund after a reasonable amount of time had passed, however this was not issued.

After raising the issue, I was then blocked from contacting the business, which is extremely concerning.

After experiencing this, I looked into other reviews and found several customers reporting similar issues, including orders not arriving and difficulty obtaining refunds.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this business. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and research thoroughly before placing an order.

BE AWARE SCAMMER
ordered in January, nothing received, told me it was on its way and would be with me by end of week, still nothing, then tells me it’s not done yet as her nan is dieing so I then asked for refund, still no refund after 2 weeks. 3 months now since placing my order after constantly sending me offers.
I will be reporting to trading standards and seeking to go to small claims court to get my money back. Won’t be letting her get away with this like she seems to do a lot.

Couldn’t recommend a better company honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else❤️ they really do provide the best quality of products and there so helpful 🫶🏻

I placed an order about 6 weeks ago, paid like she asked and received nothing. Have asked for a refund but still nothing. Please be careful. Do not pay upfront!!!

They reached out to me with an offer so I placed an order. Luckily it wasn’t a big one.
It didn’t arrive, I was fobbed off with excuse after excuse and haven’t received a refund.

Brilliant service for all things stationery! I love my new logo and everything else I’ve ordered. The turnaround was super quick and the quality of the items is amazing.
