Would not Recommend

Products are good, and smell amazing. I have previously recommend this company but my most recent interaction has been disappointing, so I would not use this company again. 50% of my order was missing - which for a 2 item order is impressive! I have interacted with an AI Chat Bot and 2 humans (one being the owner), and have not got past 'we'll look into it'. It has been 4.5 weeks now so I don't anticipate a resolution and would not use the company again.
