I made a mistake. Well, the Shop app decided to override my new address insisting my delivery should go to the old address. Full of despair that I would never see my pink silk pajamas I took a chance and sent an email to DaisySilk customer support. Wow! They replied immediately and intervened to correct the situation. Even when the Shop App kept telling me my delivery was going to the old address DaisySilk customer support assured me they were coming to the correct address.
Every step of the way they were so nice and helpful. Indeed, as promised and right on schedule my "oversized" pajamas arrived. And they are GORGEOUS! I would say they are worth every penny, especially when one factors in the excellent customer service. I have to say, this interaction with DaisySilk has really made me feel hopeful - in this AI world it is still possible to connect with a human and get specialized service. Thank you DaisySilk! Your product is exceptional, only to be outshined by extraordinary customer service.

The packaging is so cute, feels like you could give it as a gift without even thinking twice. The blouse itself fits perfectly, the fabric feels really nice, and the quality is just on point. Definitely going to order again for myself or maybe as a gift for someone else!

I randomly discovered this brand online and was genuinely impressed. The clothing is niche, elegant, and clearly high quality. I purchased a silk dress that fits me perfectly and feels like a truly premium piece.
I truly believe that lesser-known brands that genuinely care about quality deserve to be supported and promoted , especially by those who are tired of mass-market fashion. I definitely recommend this brand.

Top quality cashmere.
I originally thought I would order one of DaisySilk's cashmere sweaters. I loved it so much, I ended up buying five of them! I love the soft, luxurious quality of the cashmere. I wear them every opportunity I get - and being in the midst of winter, I've worn them daily! I get lots of compliments, both on the softness of the sweaters and the color. Service is excellent, and efficient. Thank you DaisySilk for making this winter a little more bearable!

Shipping was timely

I emailed customer service at DaisySilk about the elastic in my pyjamas completely loosing its elasticity in less than 6 months. I let them know I have a thin build so waistband wasn’t being over stretched and I washed them gently in cool water and hang to dry. I was hoping this was a faulty pair. They wrote back and said all elastic looses its elasticity in time. I have had cheap pyjamas that never lost their elasticity and certainly not in 4 months. I have purchased 4 pair of their silk pyjamas and am now seeing the second pair loosing its elasticity as well. It is obvious they use a very poor elastic which doesn’t match the lovely silk product. Maybe they should consider a better elastic or a drawstring waist. As much as I loved the pyjamas, especially their oversized fitting design I will find another company for future pyjama orders and other products I was thinking of ordering. Their quality and interest in correcting poor quality is not good.

This company scams. They falsely advertise their products and then say they will accept your return but won’t refund you after sending wrong item. Buyer beware!!!! They bought their ratings there’s no way they have a 4.1!!!

This is a company that embodies style and quality. I have silk shirts and cashmere sweaters that are made from the best fabrics, they feel divine and also wash exceptionally well. When you receive a piece from DaisySilk, it is exquisitely packaged and you know from that point that you have something special.

Orders are shipped from China. According to the order confirmation: “Free Shipping (2-6 Business Days)”. This means it will ship, not be delivered, in that time. My order was delivered 3 weeks after the order was placed. Tracking an order isn’t possible until the last few days when the order is in the US and with a carrier (I.e., FedEx). If delivery speed is important, think twice.

I'm in love with my order and the service! The package arrived very quickly and was very well protected. The packaging is absolutely beautiful, perfect for a gift and making you feel luxurious from the very first moment. The blouse is gorgeous, with a very flattering design, and the silk quality is super high (very lustrous and durable). I'll definitely order again!

Ordered Christmas present - it did arrive on time, but still later than was suggested at the ordering process. Mostly, I think because the product was shipping from China. Quality seems good, but transparency on expected delivery dates would be welcome.
