No free return in Belgium
Ordered a lot of tennis clothes at Daka. Keeping most of it - but want to return 2 tshirts.
I found out that return of goods is only for free in Netherlands- most other shops have free return for both Belgium and Netherlands.
Below is what is said on their website where it is stated that return is for free - only if you scroll further down on the website there is something about return from outside Netherlands:
Zijn er kosten verbonden aan een retourzending?
Je kunt jouw retourzending gratis verzenden via UPS. Lever het pakket in bij een UPS Access Point en geef bij de kassa aan dat het pakket voor DAKA Rotterdam is. De medewerker zal vervolgens een "Pre Label Package ID" aanbrengen op het te retourneren pakket en zorgen voor de verdere afhandeling.
