Free returns are possible in the Netherlands via UPS, returns from Belgium and other countries are at your own expense.
If you live near the border of the Netherlands, it may be an option to hand in your package at a UPS point there so that you can return it to us for free.

The hockey stick was damaged, very difficult to return
The hockey stick was damaged, drove to four locations that used to be UPS service stations, only location four was still operating as a UPS service station. They could not process the return, so now have to contact customer service and try and sort it out in a different way. what a hassle and a waste of time! Backward return procedure!

Wat vervelend om te horen dat je een beschadigd artikel hebt ontvangen.
Uiteraard is dat niet de bedoeling!
Daka bedient haar webshop met voorraad uit het centraal magazijn en de voorraad die in de winkels beschikbaar is. De stick is uit één van onze filialen gekomen en is tijdens de eind controle, net voor het inpakken, kennelijk niet goed gecontroleerd op onvolkomenheden. Dat is slordig, moeten wij ons aantrekken en zal zeker meegenomen worden in vervolg trainingen die onze teams regelmatig krijgen voorgeschoteld. Helaas bent u hier de dupe van geworden en dat vinden wij dan ook zeer vervelend.
Inmiddels is er contact geweest met onze klantenservice en is er een oplossing aangeboden.

Many product options at reasonable prices
Daka store has many product options at affordable prices which is good. But in my first order from Daka, you shipped the wrong pair of shoes to me. This had never happened to me before, in my whole online shopping experience. Luckily my son liked also the wrong pair of shoes so we decided to keep them.
