Quick delivery, good price

On a local price comparison site, Dakauf came up as one of the best vendors price-wise, and delivered to my country. The price beat local and Amazon offering by a wide margin. The product, a smartphone, arrived on the first day of the estimated delivery window, a Saturday even.

I purchased a macbook and was refunded, but ...

I purchased a macbook, it was set to arrive in 3 days.
On the third day i write to them and they say that oops we don't have that macbook what you wanted. We have a different keyboard and only 256GB instead of 512GB. So i asked about the refund and i told them not to do it unless i confirm it. After 1 email, they closed the case and refunded me the money. I told them that i can't receive the funds on that card since its about to be closed. After that they initated the refund that same day and told me i will receive it within 1-3 business day. Then they initiated the refund not on the same day, but next and i received confirmation 3 days after (when it was supposed to arrive). Now i have to battle with my bank because they told me i won't be able to receive the refund there.

Great customer service and prices

Great customer service, good prices.

I was on the hunt for a Fuji X100VI which is out of stock everywhere. Searching the internet for a sensibly-priced camera I came across Dakauf and saw that they had two in stock. And since the price was very reasonable I shot them a message asking if it was really in stock or just an indication (some online retailers show "in stock" to get you to order!). They replied within minutes and after a few messages back and forth I'd placed my order.

Two days later I was grinning ear-to-ear as I unpacked the upgrade.

Delivered to wrong person but won't do anything

I never received my camera and they just showed me some one else's signature and told me to contact DPD and that they can't do anything.

"I recently purchased a Sony FX3 Cinema Line camera from Dakauf.eu, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! They are open to addressing complaints.

Positives: Very good prices, fairly fast customer service, and good communication regarding delivery details.

Negatives: The box was opened and repackaged, and in my case, I ordered a Nikon Z6 II, which only has English and Indian menus and a dirty image sensor- smudges – there should not be eve any dust, as it is covered by a protective case (which is a problem for a camera, since even the smallest dust or dirt can be visible in the photos, I'm not talking about display but image sensor).

Problem solving: However, after communicating with customer service, they were open to returning the product and providing a refund. After purchasing a cleaning kit and cleaning the image sensor, I discovered that the camera is in perfect condition, and the sensor was simply dirty, not damaged. I decided to keep the camera, and they refunded me €35 for the sensor cleaning, which is the normal price for cleaning at a service center, I consider it a fair conduct.

Relieved this is legit :)

I had made a pretty pricey order (Nikon Z6 II + NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S Lens) and was on pins and needles until it arrived, as this seemed like a small shop with not many reviews or much of an online presence.
Happy to report everything was perfectly fine, the products are definitely original. I even registered my camera with Nikon to make sure the serial number checks out, and I've been using it for a full year now with no issues! The boxes for the camera body & lens had tags on them seemingly from an electronics store in Hong Kong.
One thing worth mentioning, Nikon doesn't offer global service warranty, so if you order from this store and you have an issue with the Nikon product you have to send it back to Dakauf for servicing. (I had checked this prior to placing the order, and they reassured me in case any issue arises, I send it back to them and they use a certified Nikon warranty service).

Slow support, bad processing of order

made a very big order. Waited for a week. No update. Then I email them and they ask for id verification cause it’s a big order. I provide and wait for a week. I email them again and they just refund me. No justification, no nothing.

Be warned that this is a website that changes prices when it suits them

Be warned that this is a website that changes pricing while you are searching for products. Here is my experience with Dakauf. I found a fuji x-h2s displayed for a discounted price of 2278 eur. I asked customer service if it included a fuji warranty. Their customer service agent confirmed it did a couple of hours later. The camera was now magically at the original undiscounted price of 2351 eur. Victoria tells me this is because they have automatic prices, that this might be a different item on a different shipment, etc.. It is very clear this is just Dakauf intentionally removing a discount on an item abd making up stories. So be warned - Dakauf change prices when it suits them and find excuses. I strongly recommend using a more reliable website.

I bought Nikon Z8 camera and got it…

I bought Nikon Z8 camera and got it after 3 days. I actually expected much longer delivery time. So, my experience was really pleasant. The price was considerably lower compared with other sellers. I even suspected a fraud because of the low price but as the 'dakauf' was recognized by my bank as an honest seller I decided that there was no risk. And there really was not!

I planned to purchase a Sony lens for…

I planned to purchase a Sony lens for my trip to Italy. The product was listed as in stock with a 2-3 day delivery window, so I placed the order. However, the delivery kept getting delayed, and despite reaching out to request a refund over a week ago, I still haven’t received my money. This situation has been very frustrating, and I’m unsure how to proceed.

I was skeptical since the graphicscard i bought was about 150€ cheaper on dakauf then the next cheapest alternative. Altough I gave it a try and the shippment was very well packed, relatively fast delivered and in flawless original packaging and product brand new and working excellent. Gotta give props for great prices and great shipping/transport. Well done!

I have ordered multiple times and always have been very satisified.
Also communication has been great: needed to receive an item before going to vacation and thanks to Dakauf support I received the item in-time and everything was great.
