Ordered two bracelets. Asked to replace one that was too small. They said take a photo and we'll begin the exchange process. Sent photo - no response. Several emails to them later they STILL haven't responded. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

November 11, 2024 I ordered and paid for a bracelet.
Jan 17,2025 I emailed Dakellstore telling them I had not received the bracelet. Eight days later they still have not responded.
Stay clear of this company!

This a scam site !! Ordered a bracelet and paid USD 30. They only claimed that they send the products after 2 months and it never arrived. When I check again with them they said that it has been returned back to shipper and there was no further communication to said about re-delivery or refund.

4 pieces of clothing. I really like the duck bill hat and jacket, was nervous as track and trace was not transparent but my goods turned up in 2.5weeks, I even asked for a size change in email, and got that. I will buy again, I am writing hoping to support this business, I wasn't scammed, and am happy
What a scam. One month after I placed my order, I still haven't received my products. When I sent an email to Dakellstore to ask for an update they said there was a delay (which was only informed to me after I sent my email 1 mont later). Luckily we paid with Paypall and got our money back. Do not order from this website.
I did not get a delivery. Webstore looks professional but you do not get a delivery.
