Dakkapellen Groep BV and Ronald the worst combination ever

After involving a lawyer, took some months to get the work completed in July.
They apologize for their behavior and closed the work. As per today looks good, but they gave 15 years of warranty in case of issues.

I have been in contact with Ronald the person representing the company.
After agreeing on the work and design of the dakkapel, they started the work on Nov, 6th. After one day they could not manage to finish it and they covered the construction with blue sheets (they sent me to buy them). Eventually they were not placed correctly and after one long night of rain the floor inside the room was completely gone.
The fight to claim the damage started and they also stopped the work.
After almost 3 months and all the money paid, the construction is not completed yet and no one is answering or showing up to finish the work.
Now there is a lawyer involved hopping to solve the situation.
I am not recommending them at all. Looks like this is their way of work, they change constantly the name of the company and they just fraud people.
