Pair of Hoka shoes never arrived

Pair of Hoka shoes never arrived, as per previous review.

I bought a pair of shoes thinking the seller was Zalando, which meant they were reliable.
Surprisingly, it was Zalandosales, which isn't the same thing. Basically, they gave me Trak's number, and they sent them to me, then they marked them as delivered, but I never received them. It was a complete scam.
The payment was directed to DAKOOKAI MACAU.
Beware of thieves, it's fraudulent.
Now I'm trying to file a fraud claim with my bank, but I don't count on it.

I conducted a thorough search and found no reliable results or references online for the merchant name “dakookai,” whether as a legitimate store or on review platforms such as Trustpilot, or on payment and e-commerce websites.

Based on this, there is a high likelihood that the merchant is either non-existent or fraudulent.
