I should of had my order by now

I should of had my order by now, but I can't seem to get anyone to help explain why I haven't received my order yet. It's been almost 3 weeks. And the only reason why I even ordered it, was cause I'm having a surprise party for my fiancee and he loves Guns And Roses. I'm very disappointed

This was sent to my great grandchildren. They love going to Yogi Bears campgrounds. They were very happy with the bedding.

Where is my order

I have yet to receive my product and have no idea where it is. Can’t call anyone because I only get a busy signal on the phone. Never got a receipt or was let know the shipping status. My money was taken promptly though

I have not been kept informed of the items I have ordered. So I cannot rate this company as of yet ....no shipping emails have come and I am still waiting for updates as to the arrival of items ordered. Also ...tracking does not work

I spent way to much for a darn cover I…

I spent way to much for a darn cover I ordered a freaking blanket with matching pillow cases the blanket is so thin I guess ur suppose to fit ur blanket in there but hey maybe have the zipper at least half the thing can open that way I could fit a blanket I wish I had time to sent it back and get a refund

The bathroom set is not center it got like half of the picture on it. It looks real bootleg. Looks nothing like the picture on the website.

This was the worst customer service…

This was the worst customer service ever, it took about 2 months to receive my order. I emailed them to advise I didn’t receive my Ralph Lauren Polo Shower curtain set for my son home warming party. After sending an email I received my package 3 days later, no response from my email. The packaging was terrible, the rugs had creases because of the package. I ordered the royal blue Ralph Lauren Polo shower set, it looks purple. I emailed them about my order and requested my money back and no response from the company. I also called the phone number and it’s a busy sound, SCAM!! DO NOT BUY!!

The duvet cover is beautiful

The duvet cover is beautiful. I love the soft fabric. Although it took longer than I thought it would to arrive, the customer service support was fantastic, letting me know what was going on every step of the way.

It took a while to get it

It took a while to get it, but when my Tree of Life bedspread came it did *not* disappoint! I love it....it was worth waiting for.

The worst online shopping experience…

The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.. Made a purchase on 06/27/2022.. I received an email three days later on 06/30 saying the package is going to a “remote country” according to your carrier!!! and it will take 30 business days to be delivered!!!! I have sent at Least 20 packages in 2022 to same address with Amazon and eBay. Never took than 10 calendar days at the latest. this remote country (Jordan) has more logistics, transportations and international delivery providers than where you located. (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Aramex, etc…)
However, I received a purchase cancellation email the following day 07/01 for the amount I paid… it’s been 6 days and no money was refunded to my card

Delivery time was fantastic

Delivery time was fantastic! Material of the shirt was perfect. The size however was a little bit smaller than anticipated. When ordering, I would recommend ordering a size up.

This company is the worst company to do…

This company is the worst company to do business with I order a Dior Shower curtain set And the shower curtain did not look like the picture at all the colors was not vibrant the print did not come out good at all it was blurry in the background. The Dior logo was running off the shower curtain. This company has beautiful pictures of different things they sell on they page but unfortunately they do a terrible job at mimicking the pictures so this is also false advertising I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. This company also have a telephone number that is not working. I told them I sent the items back to them and I wanted a refund they tell me to take a picture of they mistake so they can see it which is crazy if I tell you I don’t want it I’m sending it back than that’s my right and respect it no I don’t want you to try and do it over because it should have been done right the first time especially when you are charging over a 100$ for this terrible Ass curtain set this company needs to do better don’t waist your money or your time.

The return Policy on our website did clearly mention that you need contact us first if your order has any problem. Moreover, you can only return your order when your request is approved. It also means that we can only receive a return product when we can determine it is our fault and you order is having the problems as mentioned.
