Charged my credit card but never sent the items. My initial email was responded to within a couple of days asking for a screenshot of my credit card charge. After that haven’t heard from them and it’s been a month and a half. Now their website is down, so at least other people won’t get their money stolen?

My bad, I didnt read the reviews before putting my order. Just recieved the item. What a waste of money. The item is really useless.

I ordered this product last December 2024, it never came even with their email reassuring me that they will follow up. I even sent them an i email that I want a refund, unfortunately, nobody responded to the email. This company is a fraud.

Well.., I wish I would have checked here before ordering from this place. I placed an order on December 23rd. It is now January 28th and I still have not recevied anything from them. My tracking says the lashes were in Houston on the 12th. I live in Florida so I am assuming they must be walking them the rest of the way. I needed the lashes for my best friends wedding...., on January 10th. I guess Im just glad I didnt pay full price. Lesson learned.

If I could I would assign no stars!! Not only did it take 6 weeks to arrive but my order was missing 4 sets of lashes. I finally was able to email them since initially the email would bounce back. They asked for pictures, which I sent and then replied that they suggest I open the boxes which only contain a set each. They tried so hard not to fix the issue. Basically they are not refunding me or replacing what I did not receive. Stay away from Dalarey they are terrible and have such a terrible careless customer service. Save yourself the headache. I should have done more research but lesson learned. Dalarey you should be ashamed!!!

I still haven't received my order from this place. Keep sending emails and get the same response. We have a high demand. Really?

THIS COMPANY IS UNDER A ROCK, THEY EMAIL YOU FROM AN EMAIL THAT COMES BACK UNDELIVERABLE AND ITS THE SAME EMAIL THEY GIVE OUT FOR CONACT US, THE PHONE NUMBER IS A VM NOT IDENTIFYING THE COMPANY, THE WEBSITE STATES DO NOT RETURN UNTIL YOU CONTACT US, SO THIS IS WHY THEY GIVE FALSE INFO TO CONTACT THEM!!! GARBAGE COMPANY ORDERED ON DEC 6 WE ARE JAN 6 SO EXACTLY A MONTH AND NO PRODUCT. SCAMMM I WILL CONTACT MY BACK TO GET A REFUND AND CLAIM FRAUD. 0 STARS NOT 1

I paid for my order on 12-4 then got an email on the 14th that my order shipped. Then on the 19th I received an email that there was such high demand and that my order would be marked vip and arrive in 5-12 business days and now it’s 1-1-25 no lashes. Amazon delivered my order today and I ordered that stuff on 12-28 and don’t have prime..

Wish I knew about Trustpilot when I was looking around about this company BEFORE I ordered! I like many others a waiting for this product and it’s been over a month. I too got the email saying there had been a big rush but the order was coming and gave me a discount code. You think I’m going to order more when I haven’t even received the original order? This is the second time this year I have fallen for a scam on Instagram!

Update: 01/13/25
Since this review, I have emailed customer support three additional times and get a response saying that one of the “sweet” reps is on it but they are very busy so it will take some time. I’ve also been tracking the order. There are no updates on the tracking site since 1/5/25. Today I copied the tracking number from their site and went to the USPS website to track the shipment. What I found was my Covid tests were being processed for shipment!!!! I’m calling my bank tomorrow!

THE WORST! The lashes suck and every time they reply to your email, you're then blocked as spam. They also don't answer their phone. Anything we can do to put them out of business?????

If I could give zero stars to this company I would. I ordered my lashes totalling £30 on 16th November and they still haven't arrived. I contacted the company 2 weeks after the order who apologised and said there was a slight delay but they had been dispatched. Still nothing. I've tried contacting the company further to get a refund but get no acknowledgement, no reply and now I've been blocked as 'spam' and cannot contact them at all.
Please please please do not be fooled by this company, they are scammers. Order from somewhere else.

It has been nearly a month for supposedly “express home delivery”. Nothing. No shipping updates. Zilch. Requested a refund and if they don’t reply, I will be writing a complaint to the BBB.

The lashes are rubbish, the idea is great but it doesn’t actually work so don’t buy, trust me.

The worst part is since I shopped from them I have been getting tons of spam emails every single day I am talking about 5-7 spam emails a day and these emails either have a fake unsubscribe button or no button at all, so i have blocked over 108 senders in 2 months, but they always seem to be able to generate a new email address to send the same spam emails over and over again, the physical address in Wyoming is just an office building with no info on Google so it could be a fake address, and the company “SustainaBuild Innovations LLC” is probably made up too since I can’t find anything on it like company registration number etc. they probably run this gig to scam people’s money and sell their details.

if I can give 0 Star, I would. Idea of this is very sounding but one big flaw.... We want fake lashes because we don't have full lashes. But unless you have full lashes to start off with, this magnatics won't stay put. I can't even get it off from applicator straight with magnatics because I don't have full lush lashes where Magnatics can hold on to. Soon as magnatic clamp together, you needs to pull applicator but can't seem to do that fast enough.
So where idea is very sounding but if you don't have enough lashes for them to hold on to.... well, it just won't work for you either

I am a novice and only want lashes for special occasions. I have failed miserably at strip lashes and individual ones, Thought I’d give these a go. Great communication from the get go, kept me updated and they delivered- nice packaged vanity case, with mirror and applicator. Certainly a little fiddly, they do say rub the magnets together to part them. After watching a tutorial(and not bothering with the applicator) think I’ve cracked it. I am 47 and hopeless at these things but my 14 year old daughter says the lashes look good! I can only speak as I find and so far they are good. Not sure I'd want to wear them all day but I don't even wear make up day to day so I'm not really qualified to comment on that. Got a deal so not too fazed if they only last a few wears.

The biggest load of rubbish I’ve ever wasted my money on they don’t work at all, I contacted customer support who said they would refund me half my money back! After 2 weeks of them giving me the run around still no refund received they are such con artists 😡😡 and now they have blocked me from sending emails 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Kept me up to date with delivery. Item box good with mirror. The lashes are terrible. Disappointed. Poor quality. Lashes do not stick.
