I was ordering a ring with dalahästar 14 of february 2025. I've got the ring in the end of july but it was to big so I send it back in the start of september after conversation with the company and they promised to change the size for me. I have mailed and called them several times to ask for the ring but I get no answer at all. No it is 26 of january 2026 and I still don't get the ring from the company.

We ordered something in may 2024and never received it. They said the stock is empty you get your money back never received or money so we’re still waiting

After almost 2 years they still not send me the product. On january 2025 the cancelled my order, till today I am still waiting for my money. They said they returned it but both me and Klarna cannot find a return-payment. Neither has dalarnadesign ever answhered my mails after this.

Send so many mails… both to Info.at.dalarnadesign.se and Anders.at.dalarnadesign.se.

So DalarnaDesign if you read this… I’m still waiting for me €155 of order 245045379

They did not deliver my order. And there is no answer on my refund request.

I already posted a review on TrustPilot on February 23 and on May 08. My order placed on December 18, 2024 was finally received on March 11, 2025.
Unfortunately, the content is not fully compliant. There is an error about the size of the horses and a difference in price.
To resolve the problem, in April, we decided on a gift (a 13cm red horse). But the delivery is still (and still is) pending! Since December 2024, I've sent dozens of emails to customer service. I also suggested a refund by bank transfer, but no response. This is unacceptable !
I'm furious ! Do I have to travel to the city of Falun to get what I'm owed ?

Placed an order to be picked up in their store, after a month I contacted them about it and got an answer that it was delayed. Waited and waited, nothing happened. Then their store closed and they went online only. Sent them an email that I wanted my money back, never heard back from them. It's now been close to a year since I made my order. They pretty much stole my money since they never sent item that was ordered nor did they refund me.
Don't bother with this company, unreliable.

-So you're telling me that your physical store in Falun is stil open? I don't think so. That was the store I was suppose to pick up my order at, and you've shut it down. Even if you have a physical store in a different town you should've contacted me and asked if it was okay to change the order to be delivered to mailbox.
I will never contact you again. There was no misunderstanding, you failed at your job to provide service to a paying customer, lied to my face and ignored my request for a refund.
I've been a very patient customer, but also a customer you'll never see again and one who will never recommend you to anyone else.
Don't bother to reply to this post. We're done.

I ordered a dalarna horse at 17/10/2024 as a gift and lucky charm for my wife who is very ill. Until today no delivery, no answers to my many mails and words on their mailbox! Six or seven calls until today. Everytime the same man promised the delivery during maximum 3 days. Nothing happened!!!
I like sweden and the charming people there. But it seems to be that the men of this company don’t have propriety and I am depth in despair. 😞

Communication is terrible. I ordered 14th of january. It is the 24th if February abd i still haven't received anything. Nibone response on my emails. Only at facebook after multiple emails. And the the information was not wright. I told on Facebook that i wanted to make an complaint. I have not heard anything more. I am really angry and disappointed.

Heh it works. If you tell online that the company is bad the react very quik. They say that i can email to complain. That is a great idea, the problem is i sent a lot of emails and nobody reacts. Great idea!!

I placed an online order on 13 January and got an order acknowledgment and receipt for the money I had paid. However the order acknowledgement did not indicate a delivery date. So I waited a few days then sent an email enquiring about delivery as they were for a birthday present and therefore time critical. I got a reply saying that as they are handmade it would be early the following week i.e.w/c 20 January. By Friday 24 January I had heard nothing and so said if they weren't shipped by the following Tuesday 28 January I would consider the order cancelled and expect a refund. I got an email saying they were ready and would be shipped after the weekend. By Tuesday 28 January I had not heard anything and so I sent an email saying I was prepared to allow another 24 hours for shipment to take place. I heard nothing and so on 30 January sent an email cancelling the order and asking for a refund. Heard nothing and so on 1 February sent another email giving them until 7 February to make the refund. Still haven't heard anything and so have started proceedings with the authorities to reclaim my money as to take the money and not supply the goods is in simple language THEFT. Based on my experience I would not suggest anyone to buy online

I just received three beautiful trays and an amazing Dalahäst keychain from Dalaran Design! They arrived approximately 3 days after shipping! Perfect!

Still no reply on my mails and no shipment. It seems that the only way to communicate is trustpilot. I only want my already payed order, nothing else! And a reply on my mails.

extremely disappointing! As it was my boyfriend's birthday last week, I wanted to make him happy and ordered something for him from dalarnadesign.se over a month ago. It never arrived and I was only able to give him half of his present. Although I ordered several weeks ago, I have not received any feedback..I NEVER EVEN GOT A TRACKING NUMBER!!!! Of course it can happen that deliveries between different countries can take a little longer but if I don't even get a tracking number or something like that, I wonder if it's all just a scam????

Spouse made an order on November 30 for a mixed bag of items. Shipping in 3-7 days. After a third email, they finally responded in the middle of December that her order was next out the door. Now middle of January and several unanswered emails later and they still have not sent the item nor cancelled the order and refunded the money as asked.

We ordered a knife from them a few years ago with pickup in the store and they were the nicest people. But something has gone terribly wrong with their ecommerce platform. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Now needing to pursue a reclamation with the credit card company since they are not answering emails. Overall a waste of time.

Shipment is domestic Sweden. They don't seem to ever respond to emails but do defend themselves here. Shame that they don't take care of their actual customers as much as their public reputation.

I ordered and paid a product in October and did not receive anything! They did not even answer any of my emails (I wrote them four times!) to clarify.

Hey, I rarely bother to write reviews but this company is so bad. They take ages to deliver, they do not reply to things in a timely manner but in my case the worst part was that they sent me mouldy dalahorses. Literally a whole bunch of mould on them. I asked if they could refund me and they said no, but they could send new ones. After much back and fourth, as I wanted my money, I agreed to let them but then they just never replied. After several responses no reply. Literally just ghosted me after sending me mouldy products. Awful. Never ever thought this could happen in Sweden. So bad.

I did my order early April, I heard nothing for weeks until I contacted them through their mail, they said they would send my wares. Nothing happened again, so I repeated this 3 times. In the end I called them and then it took 1.5 weeks until my order finally arrived, however, one item was missing from my order and I was not reimbursed for it. All in all, it took 3.5 months to have my stuff. Do not recommend.
