Absolutely appalled by Dale and Collins Estate Agents. I had two property viewings arranged today and received no confirmation about any cancellations. When I called to check, I was casually told that both viewings had already gone ahead—after I had taken a day off work to attend. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect and communication. I would strongly caution anyone considering using their services.

Been a tenant with Dale and collins since 2019, Tim and Jackie were an absolutely nightmare to deal with, Tim is rude and never believed what you were telling him, I even offered to video call him to prove my drain was flooded, never likely he has left now maybe to get a degree in customer services! Lol! Jackie his wife she is also not great with people, she is rude argues with you when you have problems with the property you are staying in because she is friends with the waste of space landlord who apparently has 15 properties and does nothing with any of them but kept putting up the rent! We had problem after problem but because we didn't always kick up a stink we just had to live in a mold ridden house with a child, we suffered with headaches all the time but they didn't care. But I can safely say in 2024 we moved to our own property and we no longer get headaches, just bills that apparently the landlord doesn't want pay even though we were not in the property at the time. If you are thinking of renting with Dale and collins please don't! Only decent people that actually work at Dale and collins are Tracy and Claire, they are just the best and tell the truth, big shout to them!!!!!

I'd just like to say a big thank you to Jackie, Tracy and Claire and the rest of the team at Dale and Collins. I have been a tenant in one of their properties since 2017 and just moved on.
I found Dale and Collins to be professional
Helpful and understanding. Repairs were carried out promptly when required.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending these guys. Thanks again for your help and support.

I'm a prospective buyer with my house on offer and a decision in principle agreed. Tried to view an empty property. Firstly they never picked up the email so I had to chase via the phone. Then they could not arrange a viewing for 5 days. As a result I move on with my search. I'm pleased that this company never had to manage the sale of my home.

We chose Dale Collins to sell our house and found them to be very good. After living in the same house for 45 years this was all new to us and they guided us through the selling of our property and the purchase of our bungalow. We found the team to be friendly and efficient from the start to completion.

This is an estate agent that cost me hundreds of pounds in bills. When the buyer eventually moved in to the property in June 2020 I spoke to him and this is what he told me. He asked to view the property in October/November 2019 but was told that the property was sold subject to contract and was refused a chance to view because of that, the person that was buying the property then backed December 2019/January 2020. If the company allowed the eventual buyer of the property was allowed the viewing I would have had a back up and the property could have sold a lot sooner On one occasion even refused an offer without asking me. Finding this information out I am totally degasified and am now thinking of seeking advice from the ombudsman. They do not seem to realise that a property is not sold till it is sold.

Great customer service from every member of the team provided excellent personal service and went above and beyond to help when ever issues arose at the property I rented, I can not rate this company high enough and even up till and including my moving out day I could trust them to help me thank you
