We have had a new and improved wet room/shower fitted and we are absolutely chuffed to bits with it. The whole experience from start to finish, first taking to Phil to decide what we needed and the advice he gave us to the safe delivery of the products and last but not least the workmanship and professionalism of Steve and Macca who have done such a wonderful job was brilliant to say the least. Steve is well informed and kept me and my wife up to date with progress of the work and gave good advice when required and found time to listen to ensure the job was done to a high standard and satisfaction. Do I recommend Dale Bathrooms and do I recommend Steve and Macca? Well the answer is 100% YES!

Fantastic Experience from Start to Finish!

We recently had our new bathroom supplied by Dale Bathrooms and fitted by Steve & Macker from DBI, and we couldn’t be happier with the result!

From the moment we walked into Dale Bathrooms, Phill and the team were so helpful and knowledgeable - they really took the time to help us design the perfect space and choose quality fixtures that suited our style and budget.

The installation by Steve and Macker at DBI was first class. They were punctual, tidy, and clearly take great pride in their work. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the finish is absolutely perfect - everything looks even better than we imagined.

It’s such a joy to walk into our new bathroom every day. We’d 100% recommend Dale Bathrooms for their excellent products and customer service, and DBI (Steve & Macker) for their superb craftsmanship and professionalism.

Our bathroom fitters, Steve and Macca were great. Very knowledgeable, polite, respectful of my property and did a fantastic job- all done and dusted in 6 days. They always turned up on time and tidied up after themselves. Very happy with the quality of the products purchased. Thank you.

Recently had a new bathroom fitted,was done in just 6 days from ripping the old one out and having a fully new working one,the lads were on time 7-30an every day and worked straight through till 3pm, let the hour clean each time,I would highly recommend dale and to anybody who wants a modern bathroom fitted in less than a week,I am extremely happy with the end result

After an initial issue with our bathroom installation, I am pleased to say that Dale Bathrooms helped resolve the situation . The initial fitting included the wrong door, which was a frustrating setback. After raising the issue and communicating via several emails, the team responded and committed to making things right.
​They arranged for the correct door to be fitted, and the replacement job was completed to a very high standard. The final result is exactly what we wanted and is a testament to their dedication to customer satisfaction. It's rare to see a company that not only admits a mistake but also goes above and beyond to rectify it so professionally. I would recommend them.

Spent 10k for a lovely bathroom,fitting included.
Took 19 weeks to be fully completed. Leak issues from first use of shower. After the first request for the plumbers to return, very slow in answering texts. Slow at returning to fix problems. I asked for staff to ask ceo to contact me. No response. Sent message on fb to ceo. No response. Shame because the products are nice but customer service let's the company down. Only interested in your money!

Hi everyone .
We were greeted at the entrance then we strolled around the store hastle free .
The store is huge with so much choice we wanted something a bit different and we found it after hunting in lots of other stores and the Internet .
The actual owner dealt with us and gave us some good advice on our project and was very polite .
So hope this is helpful and saves you some time .

When I walked into the business, no one greeted me, and they gave me odd stares when I asked for assistance. provided no booklets, and a large number of the things lacked price tags. The level of customer service was appalling. Similar to the other reviews, I was given strange stares and treated like I couldn't buy anything since I'm a person of colour. I intended to buy anything when I travelled from a different location to visit, but I didn't use their service. I advise you to avoid; there are other places. This review was shared on my social media accounts.

I went inside, there was no greeting or hello. We asked about different baths and basins and had no price tag but the others did . Therefore we had to ask the employee but he was giving us strange looks and looked like he didn't want to help. Sort of like they thought we couldn't afford anything and made the price higher for us for the pieces that had no price tag and then they hurried away. The customer service was bad and they were helping other people and not us. Before writing this review I saw the other reviews and it looks like it is a recurring problem for years especially for coloured people . Please sort this out. I went to many bathroom showrooms across Greater Manchester and I always had great customer service and friendly staff but Dale Bathrooms has disappointed me.

Had a negative experience when visiting the store.
Sales person unhelpful.
Decided to try again, got the same guy and was slightly better so purchased from them.
After sales was appalling

Richard was so great at helping us to pick our choice of bathroom and offered us great advice, we couldn't of asked for a better team of fitters Steve,Ian and Bradley did our bathroom to an excellent standard and excelled our expectations we are so grateful, they was very friendly and also gave us aftercare advice we would 100% recommend Dale Bathrooms as they suit to every budget.

Just had our bathroom completed thanks to Darren, Adam, Ben and the lads. Finished in line with the timescale given and we are well pleased with the quality and finish of the end product. Would recommend then to anyone. Thanks again to all concerned.

Richard at Dale Bathrooms was extremely helpful / knowledgeable at designing our ensuite for us. Mark at (Lakeside) & his team Darren, McAughley and David did a fantastic job on the installation. Always polite, neat, tidy and very skilled tradesman & worked with us to achieve what we wanted. Highly reccomend Dale Bathrooms to anyone. Lovely quality products to choose from. We are delighted with our new bathroom from Dale Bathrooms. We heard their advert on the radio and decided to visit their showroom. They had a lot of options to choose from and helped us design our dream bathroom. Our original bathroom was very outdated and needed a complete makeover. The fitters from Dale Bathrooms were very professional and friendly. They returned the old bathroom to the brick and installed everything from scratch. We hit some snags along the way, but Dale Bathrooms and the fitters sorted them out quickly and efficiently. They ensured we were satisfied with every detail and gave us an excellent service. We would highly recommend Dale Bathrooms to anyone looking for a new bathroom. (Partington Area)

The whole process of obtaining a top quality high end shower room was very easy with all the project being managed by the Dale bathroom's installation team,the products used were second to none, you certainly get value for your money.
The whole team that ripped out and installed the room worked very professionally indeed with mess kept to a minimum, highly recommended!

Dale bathrooms 100% Richard was very patient when picking our new bathroom and gave us exactly what we needed were others told us we could not have it mark and his team off fitters 200% we was told start time 8.30 am and it was the skip turning up 10 minutes later stairs protected and no issues the tiles absolutely perfect (sorry forgot tile name) I would not hesitate to recommend dale bathrooms thank you

Tony at Dale Bathrooms was brilliant and gave us some good ideas that other companies had not taken into consideration, he was also patient with us as it did take us a while to decide. The quality of the bathroom is really good and we went for a colour that other companies don't seem to offer. Our fitting was done by Mark and Chris who have been absolutely outstanding on all levels. Due to the house being nearly 100 years old a lot of work had to go into this which was done to the highest standard. The transformation has been unbelievable and we really would recommend this team. The work the tiler did was also outstanding and done to perfection. Thank you Mark we are over the moon and appreciate all your hard work.

Bathroom fitters where absolutely fantastic and did my bathroom absolutely beautiful lovely and polite and never left a mess was overjoyed with my new bathroom
