I've never heard of this company before today. Went to check my checking account after payday to see that three transactions were pending , totaling $250. Looked them up to see sites like this one slandering the name of the company as a scam site and wanted to add one more voice to help others. If you've had your money stolen like I have, don't hesitate to call your bank.
Do not trust these guys. Fraudulent transaction : stole money. Utter scum of the earth critters. Bank recognized and reported. Just maggots of the financial world.
They tried to scam me out of 24.95, luckily my bank flagged it and didn't pay, account closed and new card on the way.
My bank alerted me about a potential fraudulent charge to this site. It was for $59.99. Never used this site, no idea how someone got my CC info.
They tried charging my credit card that I have zero clue how they got my information maybe when I used my card at a space age gas station. They tried charging it for 25$ and then another 25$ and it's still pending after me declining the charge since I normally keep it on lock. And now I'm waiting for a new card in the mail. Since I don't want some mystery charges ruining what little account I have luckily I didn't have 95$ even in my account so it was pending all day waiting for me to transfer more funds when the charge even said no card present. And now I know to only use cash because no matter how well of a customer you can be there will still always be selfish people out there trying to take things I don't even have. 😭
It was my birthday yesterday and I had a plan of ordering food from HungerStation to treat my friends dinner but they ruined my plan and stressed me out!
I bought a 500 SAR worth of voucher. The voucher was placed on hold more than six hours and I ended up using my credit card.
But that's not all, their customer service do not respond to phone calls or "live chat", or thru WhatsApp.
What's worse is that after several times logging in and logging back out to my account (thinking it would do something good, like refresh the system and make the voucher available), their system just shut me out of my account saying that I needed to verify my mobile number!! This totally did not make sense because they have been allowing me to log in several times before that.
I felt so helpless and robbed. Left hanging high and dry.
Then after I had bought the food with my card, they decide to release the voucher saying that they had to review & verify the transaction.
Review & Verify the transaction???!! I told them I am all for keeping my account and their business secured so I would understand an hour review, two hour would be tolerable, three hour review would be unacceptable, but mine took at lease six hours which is totally outrageous!!
Today, May 14, 2024, I told them I had no use for the voucher and wanted to refund my money but guess what, its been five hours now and I still have not received any acknowledgement from them.
Do your self a favor and stay away from DaleelStore.com.
There are so many other companies alike which are legit and reliable such as Like4Card and Resal.
They are a fake scam website. After I paid, they asked for my ID and a photo of my PayPal account. After sending them, they canceled the transaction, and then after that, there was an attempt to hack my PayPal account. They must be reported on all platforms to be banned permanently.
I put a star just for the review, they don't deserve anything at all
This company has tried to charge my card multiple times for first 30.00 then 199.80 then 799.90 I have no clue what this company is and how they got my card info. Customer service number does not work and there is no response to my emails I had to call my bank and cancel my card for a new one to prevent further charge attempts. This site and company is a complete scam. Thankfully my card was locked therefore there was nothing taken from my account but what service is almost 800 what service is this period.theres no way of contacting anyone to get any answers to my questions
they've been ignoring me. i paid and they just ignore you and act like you didn't pay. I've shown proof and they've ignored it. don't trust this site.
Really bad service!
If you purchase something you have to go through so much drama just to get what you want. Not convenient site at all.
Ppl purchase online to get things instantly!
After verifying email/mobile and they’ll ask for more verification. I am not opening a bank account. Better use ding or something.
The website is is amazingly fast and easy to use. I bought around 8 iTunes cards and many PSN over the past couple of years. Legit website and amazing support team! <3
