SCAM

SCAM - do not use.
I mistakenly gave all of my card details this morning for a renewal of provisional licence, only realising at payment stage to which I didn't confirm the payment at confirmation code.
It was the first to come up on safari search!!! I have since cancelled my licence, credit card and passport along with subscribing to Cifas to ensure no further credit application are made via my details!
I wish had read these reviews before my applying!

Fraudulent and misleading

Fraudulent and misleading. I am devastated and embarrassed for falling for this when I was trying to surprise my son with his first driving licence for his birthday. I have contacted my bank who have assured me future payments will be froze but it is alarming that they now hold my young sons passport and NI information. I have emailed the company following the banks advice and am contacting the police and dvla first thing in the morning. Please be aware of this and only apply via the DVLA and be sure to check

Scam

They take £44 when it is supposed to be £34 and don’t give you a license and I saw on trust pilot that they take more money so I contacted my bank and I froze my account so they couldn’t take more so if this happens to you contact the bank immediately

100% Scam

100% Scam! Please don’t fall for it! You get charged for a license you’ll never receive and then they’ll sign you up for a £89 subscription. Absolute crooks - they’re not even based in the UK

Scam - look for .gov websites only

This is again a scam which will charge you £89 for every 3 months (after a 3 day free trial) - for submitting one time applications.

The alarming thing is I searched update my drivibg licence address and this website was the first result.

After I sent my application I looked online to see it was a scam. (Thanks trust pilot!) so when I tried unsubscribing online it stated I don’t have a account. But when I called to unsubscribe they said I was on the system and they cancelled it before I was charged. I asked for a confirmation email to be sure I’ve unsubscribed.

I will also check with my bank as these people are scammers.

Just writing this review in the case it helps anyone.
Please avoid and use the .gov websites only!!

SCAMMERS AND CONS! DO NOT USE!!!

I would have given 0 stars for sure! I searched for my DL expiring soon and this site came up on top (WHY?????), in my mind it was linked to DVLA so l used it, sadly. Gave all my personal details but my payment was declined and my bank messaged me on the spot to warn me this was a fraudulent payment. I am thankful they recognized this as scam! But am sooooo annoyed and now scared that l gave all my personal data to such scammers and cons! There are so many warnings about these scams online, l wish l had found out before parting with my personal details! :( ONLY USE DVLA WEB LINK/GOV.UK SEARCH

Watch out

Lads, you made a mistake. But please in the first 72 hours contact them and ask to cancel the subscription along with the refund. This is very important they may give you a refund but in 3 days time take £89 out your account as you click something accidentally. This happened messed up getting a provisional luckily I asked for a refund and cancelling of subscription.

SCAM!

SCAM!
My daughter innocently used this for a provisional license and paid out £34 as well as giving all her personal details. Have heard nothing back and no licence or refund! DVLA GOV website is the official and cheapest route

I've only put one star because I couldn't leave 0 star!
This company is an absolute joke! They should not be able to trade!
My son spent his 18th birthday money to get a provisional licence and this company quoted £44.00 (DVLA £34.00). £10 extra wouldn't be too bad but then they took a further £89.00 out of his account for licence assistance (whatever that is!). It's an absolute scam!
DO NOT USE! This company should be shut down!

Absolute SCAM took £89 from my bank…

Absolute SCAM took £89 from my bank account to change my address 3 days after processing which is free as it said on the website. Took me to dvla website to fill out my details which seemed so legit don’t fall for it. Rang my bank and luckily getting my money back because they’re familiar with the scam. Now I’ve just received a FAKE provisional licence in the post which looks so different to my old one with now reflection etc on it. Just a warning for anyone because if you use this provisional for your test you will get turned away and waste even more money. SCAM COMPANY DONT KNOW HOW ITS STILL RUNNING

Avoid like the plague it is a scam

Avoid like the plague it is a scam. They give the impression they are part of DVLA charge you £10 for a 'fast track' service that results in them telling you they are sending you a form in 7-10 days that is readily available from any post office and then refuse to refund your £10 because they claim they 'fast tracked' you by promising to send the form within 2 days of you making the application

They also slip in a hidden subscription that will then take further charges from your bank if you dont notice and cancel it

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

THIS WEBSITE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH…

THIS WEBSITE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH DVLA. They don’t make it clear enough, don’t beat yourself up if you’ve overpaid for a new license.
I paid £30 emailed 5 mins later on a Sunday night saying I wanted to cancel and get a refund. They refunded me £20 saying that the £10 ‘fast track fee’ was non refundable. Do not get involved with this site at all, just get your license from gov.uk

This site is a SCAM

This site is a SCAM. My son had GBP90 stolen by this site. He is a 16-year-old working hard to save money and these thieves scammed the lad.

It is so sad that they will also get away with it.

It's a scam

It's a scam. Fortunately, I realised this on the last page, just before processing any payment.

It is not the DVLA website. Do not use it. They charge you extortionate amounts of money for a service that costs only £14 on the DVLA website.

Its a scam, but you can get your money back!

Don’t be dismayed if you have fallen for this this too. It is very much not the DVLA. Immediately after, email them about the mistake. Look at other reviews for other scam driver license sites. These reviews will state exactly what to write in your emails. You should receive varying amounts in refund offers that will increase if u keep asking. Ask for your desired refund amount and they will provide it if you keep persisting after each email, even after it states that it is the maximum. I got an offer of £16 and I managed to push it to £70 out of the scammed £81 for my provisional. If you keep persisting, which will look like at least 16 exchanged emails or more, you will get to this amount or the full refund if you persist even more. Good luck.
