Very quick response to my request and very helpful and work carried out in a very efficient manner.

My request was dealt with quickly; the job was carried out efficiently; staff, both on the 'phone and in person (shout out to Danny) were helpful and pleasant at all times. The final result is excellent. I had a new shower cabinet and all the fittings and am very happy with it.

Danny from Dale Saunders plumbing department arrived on time. Wearing branded Dale Saunders clothing. Very professional.
Connected my dishwasher, double sink, tap with all the accessories. Very considerate and tidy. I would recommend this company as it has a great system and the pricing is transparent.

We have been let down in the past and were very nervous but as soon as we called Dale and he came to quote us on our Kitchen renovation, our minds were put at ease! He was brilliant! Extremely Professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We wanted someone to handle the whole renovation from start to finish and Dale certainly did that! From gutting and clearing out the kitchen, removing a small wall, electrics, plastering, a feature TV wall, new floor, fitting the kitchen and utility, worktops, a new radiator and hot water tap, new external doors, tilling and right to the painting and decorating at the end. They did it all.

Dale had the quote to us the next day and accommodated the dates we wanted. He told us it would be done in four weeks and true to his word it was.
Clear communication right through out and any questions or queries answered straight away. We just could not believe how fantastic, always punctual, talented, had great attention to detail and extremely organised Dale and his whole team were. It made it a great experience for us. They even thought about making life easier for us by keeping the washing machine and tumble dryer to use, which as a family was a big help!
Dale has an amazing team in all the trades at his disposal so everything was taken care of for us. Everything was also carried out to the highest standards, we would like to say a special thank you to Daren and Lee for your exquisite work on our herringbone oak floor and full kitchen and utility fit.
Sam also did a fantastic job on all the lighting and electrics. We can’t thank you enough Dale and we are over the moon with our new kitchen and utility. It is more than we could have dreamed it would be. We will only be using you in the future for any works we have. We can’t recommend you enough.

We decided to convert our bathroom/wc into a wet room and on the basis of personal recommendations we went to Dale Saunders Ltd. We were not disapointed! From initial contact to completion of works we were impressed with their efficiency and quality. The two colleagues who did the work [Jamie and David] were beyond compare. We would recommend this company without hesitation.

Whenever we have an issue with our heating or plumbing they have always sorted the issue in a very short time. For us they are always the company we use. Liam and the workforce will deal with whatever is required.

We contacted Dale for a quote for a new boiler and he agreed to start the work within two weeks. Carl and Olly arrived on time and installed the boiler quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the work and would use this company again.

Very helpful when I phoned up and an appointment was made for the same week. Plumber was on time and did an excellent job changing a tap and servicing my boiler.

I called Dale Saunders on Friday morning to arrange an appointment as I had a very loose, wobbly and leaky kitchen tap.
I was called and advised a plumber could come out Monday, very pleased it was so quick.
But then I got a call to say an appointment was available Friday afternoon.
My tap was replaced and I'm delighted with the excellent quality of work.

Every person I've met or dealt with in Dale Saunders' team has been polite, helpful and knowledgeable. We have had a few jobs completed to a high standard and any queries or issues have been dealt with straightaway. Always explained as well so we understand why something has been recommended.

I found Dale on the web when I moved to the area so far he has helped us out with revamp of water tanks, two bathroom revamps, boiler and plumbing repairs, plastering and replaced all radiators, so I thought I would try someone else for a kitchen revamp as always handy to have more than 1 person you can call on but oh my god I wish I never had. Dales and his team are polite, respectful, listen to you as the customer, accommodating, straight talking, everything my kitchen fitter was not. Needless to say we parted ways with the other guy and Dale and team come in, picked up the job and have completed to their normal high standards. I contacted Dale on a Saturday, he was on holiday but called me back and the team was here on the Monday morning.
They put right the floor tiling issues and installed the kitchen ready for the worktop templater on the Friday which the other guy said was impossible.
There were some things like electrics which had to be revamped as not up to standard from other team.
I don’t think I will bother anymore trying to find other trades I will just stick with Dale and team.

Danny does it again!! Keep forgetting how to operate my automated bidet / toilet!

Have used this company over the years and had no complaints about their work.
Requested a visit and then give a QUOTE re dripping taps. They required a call out fee of £70. Is this the new world we live in? Alas, they will not be getting this business.

Dale gave us a quote for a new boiler and associated works to the gas main. We were very pleased with all the works. Dale’s team were excellent, arrived when they said they would, hard workers they had to dig up our path (and some driveway) and drill new holes in the walls, very pleased with all the workmanship and would definitely recommend A ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

We recently had a new outside water supply installed by Danny Austin from Dale Saunders, together with various other plumbing jobs. The plumbing associated with the creation of the water supply to the new outside tap was pretty challenging and involved taking the water supply from our new bathroom at the front of the house to the side of the house.

We were delighted that Danny managed to very effectively conceal the new piping in the bathroom - you would have no idea that any work had been done!

Danny, who is a lovely, polite, man, worked very hard and efficiently, and left everything perfectly clean and tidy on his departure. The price for the work was reasonable and we would have no hesitation in recommending Dale Saunders, and in using them again.
