I used the company for the end of tenancy clean. I had a team of two individuals who did a good job. They needed little guidance since they were experienced with the job. However it was agreed that they would text me near to completing the job and for me to check once over. However they sent a text message and just left which was unprofessional. Company needs to train the workers in conducting professional behaviour and not just leaving the property unattended by leaving so there was lack of responsibility.

I had a great experience with Daley Inventories. Booking was super easy and communication was clear the whole way through. The team showed up on time and worked quickly while still paying attention to the details. The final report was really clear and accurate. Great service

Did a check out/ inventory report with this company and the end of tenancy clean. The check out report has reported the flat as unclean even though the same company did it. My deposit is being deducted despite paying an expensive fee for a professional clean. Cowboys and avoid at all costs

I had a good experience with Daley inventories! Very efficient , and the best report I’ve ever had for my property.
The clerk was very professional and on time. I had the report in 48h. I also booked them for cleaning and EPC.
I will definitely use this company in the future again.

Mixed experience with Daley Inventories. The initial service was smooth and straightforward. However, communication after payment for a few of their services was extremely poor.

I had to chase for over 3 weeks to receive certificates I had already paid for, delaying my tenants moving in and costing me time and money. Emails were ignored, phone calls were met with rude and unprofessional responses, and I only received the documents after threatening to escalate the issue.

They eventually delivered everything, which is why I’ve rated 3 stars — but the stress and lack of basic customer service especially over the phone needs to be improved.

Daley inventories must be run by Arthur Daley absolutely shonky do not use this company they will take your money & not do the right thing
I would also like to add that the response from them regarding what happened is more lies i rang them the day before & asked if they could collect keys from the estate agent i was told to send an email which i did they turned up without collecting keys & then lied about the keys being wrong not only does he lie he also makes yo mama insults at the client mental age of a 5 year old Absolute mental midget flashy webpage & can't handle his meagre workload shouldn't be in a business he can't handle

Efficient business with excellent customer service and communication. Would recommend for anyone needing any services.

I have been chasing a refund from this company since the past 2 months, they cancelled the job last minute as their clerk could not attend and since 14th of November 2024, I contact them every week to chase the refund, all their calls go straight to voicemail and no response via email as well. I would never use this company again and very poor service.

Used for Inventory and Start of Tenancy clean and both carried out fantastically. Punctual efficient, all communication thorough and prompt throughout! No complaints!

The check in inventory for my flat in London was done to perfection, all details were noted and it was delivered in about two days. No complaints 👍🏽

I booked an inventory for my property, the whole process was seamless, the admin staff and the inspectors were very helpful. I would definitely use Daley again for other properties

Clerk turned up 45 minutes late. Had zero attention to detail (kind of a key skill for someone doing an inventory). Missed the glaringly obvious damage, despite me pointing it out and then failed to include in the report. Absolutely zero value - can't even do the most basic jobs correctly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID! They were quick to take the money for the EPC I had booked. Booking confirmation had no contact details...Bizarre, no? Then no one turned up on the day.
Had numerous calls and email exchanges with repeated promises of a refund. A full month later I am still waiting for my money. They are a SCAM.

The first inventory was inaccurate - they made up items that were just not there and omitted a lot of things that were included in the photographs they took eg pictures, mirrors. I chose them as they said they had a 24-48hour turnaround. But when they eventually came back to correct the first report, they didn't get the new report to me on time - despite assurances - so I had to delay tenant move in again, at massive inconvenience all round. Unreliable, inaccurate, wouldn't use again
