We had an issue where our package didn't initially arrive. I called Dalit Goods and the person I spoke to was very professional and helpful, quickly investigated the issue and re-sent us the missing package. We received the re-send two days after the conversation. I couldn't have asked for friendlier or more efficient customer service. Also, the products are high-quality as well as being ethical and meaningful. Our customers love them.

One of the two Dalit bags I ordered was not in the package. The envelope had not been sealed properly or someone had opened it. By phone I was promised another bag, without any quibble, and this arrived immediately. so....pleased with service as the first package came very quickly.
