I came across Dallas Natural Mattress while looking for a mattress topper. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, no pressure to buy. Not only did I buy the topper, I came back and purchased a mattress. I suffer from fibromyalgia, asthma and numerous other health issues. They helped me find a mattress within our budget that worked for me. Any follow-up, the staff as been prompt to respond and take care of my needs. Best place to get a mattress!

I have been looking for a mattress for a new Murphy bed - and my “go to” IKEA organic latex is no longer available. After lots of searching, I found one at Dallas Natural that is going to work for me. The people at the store were knowledgeable and helpful. The mattress arrived and was delivered as promised.

We visited the store today in search of a natural mattress that we could get quickly as we are moving to the area in the next week, and we’re undecided on what kind given my husband and I like different things. Both of the people that helped us were beyond what I expected- they steered us to which mattresses would be best for us and told us all about their guarantees which exceed any other company I’ve seen. For example, they’ll give you a mattress to sleep on while you wait for the one you ordered to come in. You can exchange the one you bought without any crazy charges and they’ll make sure you end up with one you love! I can’t say enough about how great our experience was - highly recommend!!

My mattress arrived this morning and I was in need of a new mattress protector. So I did some research online and decided to stop by this store because they carried a lot of the high quality bedding products that I was interested in. I ended up ordering an organic cotton mattress protector and they even let me borrow a different protector until mine arrives which was nice. But they seemed to know a lot about the products they carry and about bedding in general. I'm glad I stopped by and highly recommend if you're into quality bedding.

It's no surprise this place has stayed up and running through a changing environment. They didn't let me jump on the beds like I wanted to, but I understand because of safety/sanitation purposes, especially in a global pandemic. I received assistance from Chase and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about which mattress was perfect for me, which has been quite the search for me since I have so many neck & back issues from doing gymnastics for 12 years. It made my week and I'll definitely be coming back next time I need an upgrade.

had a very great experience here. So nice to me as soon as I walked inside the store. I looked online for a drawer chest that I wanted and found it, showed them the photo and it was just as good as the photo online. I purchased it and they helped me load it into the truck, very quick customer service. Definitely would come back again if I need anything else.

We bought a mattress and topper here about 4 years ago and have loved it! We decided to get a new topper and they made it so easy. All I had to do was call and order over the phone with Nathan. We brought the old one with us and they took it in for recycling and loaded the new one. This mattress and topper has been the most comfortable we've ever owned!

Best Mattress in the metroplex! We tried them all and the selection here is top notch. We ended up buying the Worlds Best Mattress with adjustable vases and it’s a great bed. The above and beyond helpfulness and service from Nathan was outstanding! Highly highly recommend.
