I ordered a personalized mask for my hairstylist that said "ill cut you" with his name & stylist tools on it for $17. I recieved a flag mask with a thin blue line for support of law enforcement, which I have seen in stores for $5. I love & support our men/women in blue but this is not what i ordered. I have e-mailed them 3 times & they have not responded. This company obviously is a scam or they just have poor customer service! Do not order from this company!!!

Like the previous reviewer, I would also give a 0 rating if I could. I ordered a mask as a gift, they put the wrong apartment number and it was returned back to them, but I was never informed by them about this. I tracked the shipment a month later to see where the mask was. When I finally realized what happened, I emailed them 3 times about getting a refund since they were obviously not going to reship it, if indeed they actually ever did. I never received a single response and there is no contact phone number. I too will report them to the BBB. Although I'm sure it will not help. I'm sure they have scammed enough people and will continue to do so.

I wish there was a zero rating. I also wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a mask for my husband in April. Long story short...ordered, never received, company blamed on COVID then never responded again when I complained it never came. Reported to BBB, they tried to reach company and ended up closing case the end of July due to no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! SCAM!! WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE NO PRODUCT!!!

I paid 22.00 for a mask that might as well be made of toilet paper. This thing is ridiculous. I warn future buyers ,do not buy this piece if crap. This company is ripping people off big time.

All the reviews about not getting product are true. Ordered end of June and still haven’t received. Went UPS to post office and then got lost. No help from company in tracing it. Just say to give a few days. It’s been a week and now don’t even answer me. Don’t buy from them.

The material is horrible and it don't look like the picture online. Poor quality and way too big! I paid $22 for a $2 mask. I won't be ordering anything from here again 😞 Disappointed

Scam. Scam, scam!

Scam!! I never received my mask and they are not providing a USPS tracking number, only UPS, but the UPS says it was delivered by USPS. Do not trust!!

They *ucked me, too! Somebody emails me every now and then apologizing, saying my mask has shipped, but no tracking number. I believe it to be a scam, too, but best believe I will get my money or my mask if I have to go to Vietnam, China, or wherever I have to go to get it! However long it takes, I promise! This is some *ullshit!

Scam! My mask never showed up. No response when I contacted them twice through their webpage and no phone number to call. Do not buy from this vendor.

I placed a order on April 23rd. After numerous emails to this seller regarding a tracking number, they could not provide one. This is another one of those sites that deceptively uses a US address on their network of sites, but it is actually in Vietnam. This is the most recent communication that I received form this seller on 5/13.

Updating the tracking number is having a problem! I think the package will arrive in a week!

Needless to say, the package never arrived and they never provided a tacking number as stated in their shipping policy, even though they kept claiming the order had shipped. I have since filed a dispute with Paypal for this order. Also,beware of the following sites that appear to be very similar (most likely a network) with US addresses that do not exist.

From my experience, there is a slim chance that this order will arrive someday, but there is a high probability that the following will be true:

1. The order will take at least one month to arrive, more likely 2+ months.

2. If the order is received it will probably not be the item pictured on the website and/or it will be of very poor quality.
