Good buffet for the price

We go often to the Dalle Valle near Tivoli.
The buffet is very good for the price and they have great app offers.
The buffet has great choice of food and very delicious fresh salads.
We always find the staff friendly.

Worst attitude and service

Today I was with my family in Dalle Valle in Høje Tåstrup City2 to have lunch and I was "fascinated" by the service and the attitude of the staff. As I see here many people have experienced the same attitude and service. Hygiene is under any criticism the food was not tasty. The restaurant was not full to say that they were very busy and I had the feeling that some magic was hanging over the staff or they were using some antidepressants. I had the feeling that I did not exist as a human being. The waitress completely ignored me and even after I asked her if there was any problem with me and my family and why we were not served during our entire stay and despite the three attempts and a request to come serve us the only word she said: No problem . I hope that some of the institutions responsible for the quality and control of food or something like that read the comments here and take to start some procedure and put an end to this substandard restaurant and staff.I hope the owners also read and take note of any negative reviews they read and improve the quality of service and everything else. If it depended on me I would not give you a star

Fields stsy away

Fields stsy away. Rude staff, we had bookede a tabel for 4, we waited at the desk, the staff didnt Even look at us, look at the book for tabel and left, with out saying or looking at us. and there was Maybe 20 guest in the restaurant. The food i cant say anything positiv about that. I know that this is not gourme food. But the food was drowned in pil. The souse had crust it was at the botom of the trey. But had crust 10cm up as it has been there all Day.

Delicious food

Delicious food, bufet was changed on time, everything looked tasty. Service was a slow but at least kind.
Chef of the kitchen were checking us while we put the food on plate, which was little bit irritating.
Prices comparable with prices in Copenhagen.

Came in at 15:40 for lunch buffet at…

Came in at 15:40 for lunch buffet at Dalle Valle City 2and was told that I had to be out at 16:15 otherwise they would charge me for evening buffet.
Probably the only restaurant in the world that behave like this, if you are in before 16 you get lower price , but not at this lousy place.

Glass in food + rude staff

I almost swallowed glass eating dessert at Dalle Valle. I bit on something really hard, took it out to see what it was, it was a sizeable sharp piece of GLASS. This would be a disastrous situation for any food chain but staff in this Dalle Valle didn't think so. No apology and very rude staff - that's what you get here.
Me and my friend were using 2 for 1 offer, when this happened I just called for the waiter (without making a scene) and showed her what I just took out of my mouth eating their dessert. She took the glass and dessert leftovers and stormed to the kitchen. In around 10 minutes she comes to our table saying that we don't have to pay for buffet says sorry and leaves. Meanwhile I called a doctor cos I was scared I might have swallowed smaller pieces without noticing... I ordered 2 cocktails before it happened and barely touched one of them. After spitting out the glass I didn't feel like touching any of their food/drinks, I just wanted to leave. I said to the waitress that I am not paying for drinks cos I didn't drink them. She suddenly transforms into a doctor and tells me that if I swallowed glass I would have felt it... The point is that I might or might NOT have felt it, I was lucky to spot a sharp piece before I swallowed it, I was lucky not to cut my tongue or gums or destroy my teeth biting on it real hard. She couldn't stop rolling her eyes at us and demonstrating her pissy attitude, then she talked to a guy who seemed to be a manager explaining that we want to cancel cocktails. He cancelled them without saying a word to us that he is sorry for this situation. When we were about to leave the waitress points out in a really rude manner that my friend still needs to pay her half for 2 for1 offer, she had to pay half of it, even tho before that they said that it was removed from our bill... I mean, how come you treat your customers like garbage after exposing them to a potentially dangerous situation like that? I have no words to express how outrageously angry it made me feel when we left this place. I wouldn't even post this if they seemed sorry about what happened, but none of the staff really cared. It seemed like it was no biggie. Dalle Valle , you should really be ashamed of how your staff handles situations like that.

Cost cutting evident

Amager Center Mon/Tues/Sat/Sun "half price" on all within the menu card except the buffet. Kids menu, great value, milk free.
Our food, 4,5 put of ten. My wife & I ordered a chicken burger with 2 different types of side serving. There was barely chicken in the burger, it was mostly bread/salad. The soda/beer is ridiculously over priced, & my 75cl beer turned up at about 65cl. (69,-Kroner)(Unacceptable by English standards)
The lighting was poor.
We inspected the buffet before ordering from the menu. The buffet was for the most part salat & related. Evidence of cost cutting...
Wouldn't want to go again.
