Cannot fault the 2 guys that came to unblock our toilet after the pesky bloo got stuck. From start to finish literally took less than a minute to get the toilet unblocked and clear. Would recommend.

had one of dalrods engineers attend a blockage to our neighbours upstairs he then proceeded to carry out works and a simple blockage turned in to our nightmare flooded our kitchen washing machine foul water flooded the kitchen and was left like this for 24 hours before they returned to tell us what we already knew they pushed the blockage from upstairs further down and then refused to clean up any form of mess from there visit do not use these at all costs absolute cowboy firm they also also lie to please there clients

Blocked drains Wednesday 6.30pm. Pleasant receptionist at DALROD asked if emergency. No but visit soon good. Thursday early Dalrod man found drain No. 1 blocked, checked said problem backing up from second drain. Overgrown hedge (not opened in 46 years). He found saws/tools & chopped branches/dug down 14 inches soil to to manhole cover. Cleared drain 2. Put camera down to drain 3. Cleared all.
Cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable & patient, he explained everything to me & instilled great confidence in him. Returned tools to my workshop, cleaned up thoroughly. Smashing job. Thank you.

I called Dalrod Luton to assist with an awful smell coming from a drain in the garden. Two lads turned up the same day and were able to find the problem and clear an unknown blockage out. They even assisted in showing where it had unbeknownst to me, flooded into some ground level guttering, helping me to get rid of the smell once and for all.

They were courteous, polite and very efficient! Would definitely use again! Thank you!

Leo arrived at the time he said he would. Quick to get to work and identify the problem with blocked toilet drain. Impressed that he used safety cones around the work area. Not only did he unblock the drain but showed me why it was blocking due to a severe build up of limescale. Showed me using the camera the extent. I agreed for him to descale the pipe and couldn't believe the amount of limescale that came out. Very happy with his polite and good service would highly recommend

Excellent service from Dalrod to do a full site drain clean. Took 14 days from initial contact with Jill Brierley to job completion, Rams etc promptly sent and excellent communication. Contractor Tony Flynn did an excellent job clearing 46 downspout drains, 7 road gullies & the main drains. Highly recommended.

We had Ronnie come out to do a job with down stairs toilet, he had been here over 3 hrs and he would not give up until he could finish job, he had to phone a mate Josh who came out jack and they said they would not leave until the job was done, absolutely fantastic workers

It's Christmas Eve and I had a blocked drain. From phone call to plumber arriving was about an hour and a half. Job was done efficiently and quickly... and at a price that was much lower than I expected for a Christmas call out. What an amazing company!

Originally I was going to give 1 star, because when someone came out to fix our blocked drains, he literally flushed the toilet and gave the shower a little run and said, nothing wrong here, any more problems give us another call. Sure enough we still had problems.
However today we had an amazing person called Dave. He turned up, went straight to the drains, and immediately saw the issue. He got straight to work and managed to clear and flush the the drains. He also followed the drains to the neighbour's house and made sure that wasn't causing any issues.
We have just moved into the property (less than 2 weeks ago) so this was a really stressful issue, more so when the first person decided they couldn't be bothered to do the job.
It is such a relief to now know it is all sorted.
Dave was great, very humble He said "well it is my job", he was very polite and friendly. Dave is the sole reason I went for 5 stars. Thank you!

A man came which my landlady arranged as I was having problems. He cleared the blockage and told me it was blocked with fat and was really rude and said I put too much toilet paper down the toilet. Off he went and after a few days I thought I'm not having this I don't put fat down any drain and called Yorkshire water who came and told me and showed me a plan of the sewer pipe and other drain from kitchen which was not connected to the drain he cleared went entirely a different direction. I suggest that this man does not know the difference from sewerage and fat.

Today 27/05/24 Anthony from Daley’s attended our property. He was superb friendly and professional. He cordoned off the outside working area and immediately unblocked the blockage which was a repeat problem.
He put the camera into the drain and found a number of faults in the drain which was damaged and misaligned. He showed me the issue explained everything to me and stated he would do a full report and send to housing.

The two guys that came out to a shared drain problem, (Josh and Leo), did a superb job in almost darkness and difficult conditions. Full marks for a professional approach, and much valued information.

Fraudulent company. My mother rang for a quote as we have a blockage. I repeat a QUOTE. They turned up at the house to someone else at home and proceeded to carry out the work and charge for it. £160!! No one told them to proceed. The person at home did not know that this was unauthorised work. Terrible.

A lovely man came out on Saturday night to fix my blocked drain. He worked so hard he was so diligent and like a dog with a bone he searched around a large building to locate my drain. He couldn’t find where it was so he came back again early on Sunday morning. He must have searched every drain in this large flat complex but found the drain hidden under some bark chips. Blockage sorted and job done. I’m so impressed by him, so Thank You to Rob of your Luton branch . What a lovely man and a credit to your company. Thank you for your first class customer service.
