Meet all time lines I requested from delivery of hard wood floors to installation... Installers were excellent and completed job earlier than originally quoted. They were very careful with moving furniture and putting back in place.
Thumbs up to installing crew!!!
From start to finish from sales associates making great recommendations on what would look best to the final end product.

I had water damage in my house
I had water damage in my house. 6 rooms needed re-carpeting, and they took care of it handily. Installation was done in hours and it looks great.

We had the 2 Chris's working with us on our floor remodeling project. They were very patient with me changing my mind a few times! They were very honest and always pleasant when we spoke. Excellent service and installation of hardwood floors.
Our salesman, Justin, was fabulous from start to finish. We first came in just to look and get ideas. Not ready to start the process yet. He gave us his card and asked us to give him a call whenever we were ready. No pressure tactics! Yeah! We came back a few weeks later and he walked us through each step, came on-site during installation, and called the day after to follow up. Installers did an excellent job and were personable and careful with our stuff. We could not be happier. Will definitely return to Dalton when carpets need replacing in a few years.

Basement carpeting at my residence
The job was done on scheduled and punctually. The two gentlemen who laid the carpet are well experienced and very good at what they do. The manager of the store, Chris Boyd, was very helpful in assisting us select the grade of carpet for our needs. I am truly satisfied with the manager and with David and Gonzalo the men who laid the carpet.

Great service -- conscientious work
A basement flood caused us to replace all the carpeting in our finished basement, and the Dalton folks found the pattern we had ordered 10 years ago. Their installers were conscientious guys and careful workers -- and when they actually found a flaw in the carpet (which is hard for me to see) they reported it to the office, who had them install for our comfort, but is planning replacement carpet again, to be installed at our convenience. Couldn't ask for more.
