I ordered two personalised cake toppers for two birthday cakes and neither arrived. I now have a party for two friends who are turning 50 without them. Really disappointed and let down by this company. They kept delaying the date of arrival and now I’m told they are lost. I will get a refund but this is not the point. Very bad service that have really messed up two birthday surprises

Hi, had a great experience when ordering an F1 topper for my Grandson’s fathers birthday . I ordered the topper then realised it would not arrive by today 24/7 as I was only given 4 day’s notice of theme 😂 I sent a message asking if it was possible to pay extra postage to get it by Saturday delivery, and I had a phone call from Jonathan who kindly sorted out delivery and I had a very happy grandson. Customer service was fantastic and product was excellent. Highly recommend this service and product. Thank you for your help

Messaged them this morning in desperate need of help, within 2 hours they’d rang me, asked for exactly what I needed, and sent out the same day. I will go nowhere else from now on. Ordered cake toppers choosing the next day delivery option, this was for Saturday 13th March, to date I am still waiting for the delivery, which I now no longer need, the event has passed! Messaged and tried to cancel order. Get a message today saying delivery will be tmrw 23rd March! Terrible service will NEVER use again

Had ordered cake topper which arrived with wrong wording, saying 60th birthday, dont know why this was put on it,rung them and told them I had reordered and wanted to talk to them to confirm this wouldnt happen again! Two receptionists told me they would get the department to ring back, this never happened. When the second one did arrive it had exactly the same mistake as the first, which obviously ruined the cake which was a gift. I have tried to ring to complain about this latest saga but the phone just goes dead!!!!

Excellent service and product. Arrived in a Do Not Bend Envelope with instructions inside. Order placed Friday, arrived Tuesday. The ordering was simple, the web site was very intuitive and easy to use. Our picture on the topper was so clear, was a amazing, yeah...the image attached was a good quality, but reproduction onto the topper was excellent. The positioning and cropping of the picture was well placed within the design. I received email confirmation of order and dispatch. Will certainly use again when a novelty cake is required.
