I didn't visit the shop before but I always shop online, I've been doing so regularly for over 4 years now, and it's always been a positive experience. The quality of the meat and chicken is unmatched, always fresh and exactly as ordered, and they have a wide variety of Middle Eastern products that are hard to find elsewhere. Even when an issue happens (only two times over the years) they'd always be very quick to respond and resolve it easily. The best is that they sent me a package today (which was a surprise as I didn't order anything) that was a gift for Ramadan, full of nice products that we use in Ramadan. Palestinian dates, raisins and dried fruits. We were really touched as it's not a random gift that the shop throws into an order, it's something that was well thought about, which shows that they have great customer service.

Meat weight is less than stated. No labels to show the weight either or use by dates.
Frozen goods and fresh meat sent to me which I should have received the next day but courier withheld it despite a big label “must be delivered today”. I rang damasgate to let them know via the number on their webpage and you can’t get through to them. “The number is unavailable”
So I emailed them and even messaged them via the Shop app and no one gets back to you. I’ve been left with meat that probably isn’t safe to consume now and a waste of my money. I wouldn’t recommend this place, they will gladly take your money but won’t bother with you if you try to get in touch. I won’t be shopping here again, the customer service is absolutely shocking. 👎

I ordered various herbs that I needed and I was surprised by the quality and also the reasonable pricings of the item, I ordered on Sunday and received without any problems the parcel on Tuesday very quick delivery.

rude staff , stolen from the scale. I received 800 gr less meat than I paid for . the label doesn’t show the meat weight, good excuse for stealing people money

There is not a Turkish store in my Town (Midlands), so I use Damasgate for the 2nd time who has a reasonable selection, I bought some Kibbah (Kofte), Hummus, Kofte seasoning, Hellim and what I particularly like is that I can buy Molokhia dried leaves as well as frozen. I would like to see proper Pasturma sausages instead of the slices in a packet!
The prices are descent and the goods were shipped with ice bags and container inside the box for preservation and protection during shipping. I liked that I could use Apple Pay for safe immediate payment. Delivery was fast which I got updates via e-mail plus the SHOP app frequently. I recommend this shop for on-line purchase
