I’ve completed several CBT’s and now my full license with Damerells. They are the pinnacle of professionalism. The training is first class, it’s superbly well coordinated and the bikes are new or almost new and meticulously maintained. They uphold the highest of standards and also offer (in my opinion), outstanding value for money.
My son had his CBT at Damerells today, can’t praise them enough, he has ASD but the instructors were so friendly after he got past the nerves of going he was in his element. Highly recommended.
Damerell's are so brilliant they obviously don't need reviews because if this is their first on Trustpilot then they've never asked anyone for one. I'm gonna write one anyway because I'm so impressed with their service. Before visiting I was already aware that Damerell's was Cornwall's main motorcycle service, sales and bike hub. Every rider in Cornwall knows of them, has most likely visited Damerell's and will no doubt agree that they are the nicest, most welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable team a rider (or newbie) could wish for. I've been in a few times and although they didn't have the bike that was right for me the service was excellent, there was a genuine desire to help and support my needs. My needs and sharing their wisdom came first and a bike sale second. Because of this when I wanted to buy another bike 18 months later I popped in again and saw Mark, he agreed with my plan to buy the bike I was interested in even though it's not a bike they offered so I did. Now 8 months later I'm changing one of my bikes so visiting Mark at Damerell's was a must, again, fantastic advice, suggestions, support and sharing. Recommended test riding a bike, I did and it turned out to be a top recommendation. Would also be a great money saver. Spoke to another lovely dude working at Damerell's after the ride, another genuine enthusiast with a wealth of knowledge to share and approach that puts the customers' needs first and sale second. This makes me want to buy bikes from and recommend Damerell's.
