Recently, I had a bad experience with this company. I had ordered two jackets that were to be XXL. These jackets took two months to be delivered and we’re nowhere near being XXL.
After putting a review on trust pilot… I was contacted by Damon-West. They were very sorry for the experience I encountered. They gave me a choice of receiving a credit with them or a full refund. It was great to have a company finally own up to being the captain of their own ship and take responsibility, even if it was not personally there mistake. I want to personally think you, Michelle(customer support agent) for personally looking after this matter. I will write more… After I received my refund. All in all this turned out to be a good experience.

Do not buy from this company what you see is not what you get I ordered a pair of burgundy patent leather shoes white sole with a glass really nice on the app what I received was a patent leather orange shoe for the white sole ugly as hell to return you would have to spend about 45 to $50 to send it back to China not worth buying from these people they don't want to give you a refund Orient exchange and they won't pay for return labels

Nasty people to deal with. They read your complaining emails sent over a month (after their botched delivery) and do not bother to read your very reasonable offers to them to accept their share of errors. AVOID DEALING WITH THIS LOT

Update: The team did get back to me and my order has arrived intact. The shoes are beautiful.
