Damp treatment didnt work and guarantee means nothing as far as i have experienced

Initially had house purchase delayed bc Dampcure identified damp in DEC 2019. First complaint was they plastered over live socket. They denied it existed until i provided photographic proof. Now still have damp in the same part of house they first identified. trying to say its condensation and they wont test for damp in the winter?! Yet it cost me thousands bc they did just that in dec 2019. they are not interested in sorting this out for me so im beyond despair and still unable to get paint to adhere to this area despite following all rules for new plaster , the damp is causing the paint to come off still in jan 2023
