I went to DRC with a problem concerning the upholstery in my caravan. We had a mouse infestation and a large hole had been eaten in one of the seat cushions. Rob Parry, the director of the company, arranged for the cushion to be repaired, using material taken from the back of the cushion together with new foam. The result exceeded my expectations. It was all carried out quickly and efficiently to my entire satisfaction. Rob was frequently in touch with me, keeping me up to date on progress.
