If it could be a zero I would. Made a order of "in stock" tires. After getting the run around for about a month, I canceled the order. 18 days later, im still waiting for my refund and they have stopped responding to emails other than the automated reply. I already started a dispute with my bank and will be filing with BBB as well. Call and asked for a manager, big shocker non available. After speaking to an extremely rude and short individual that just repeated the same thing and hung up on me. Almost makes me wish I lived in Commiefornia so I could just go pay a visit. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, STAY AWAY!!!

Just like everyone else, I ordered some items and crickets. I called and no answer, emailed and no answer. Started googling reviews (should have done that first) and found that the site is basically a scam. They finally got back to me to tell me the items would ship a month in the future and offered to cancel the sale. I cancelled and a month later still no refund. I used Affirm just because it was 0% apr and Affirm won't cancel the loan. They are probably in on the scam themselves.
I reported both to the Federal Trade Commission but this is what unregulated capitalism looks like. Shoot I might need to start scamming instead of working an honest job like a schmuck.

Ordered and paid for a van liner from Danaport.com on 07/22/22 a few days later Danaports sent an email explaining that the product shipping will be delayed. On 7/29/22 after a notice of further delay, I requested a refund. I got an email informing me that their accounting department will process the refund and return money to my CC. On September the 13th. (About 45 days later) And after many checks on the CC website I disputed the CC charges. Very bad experience.
Buyer Beware.

the biggest scammers out there never send a part never refund, call many times to talk and they block my phone. No parts NO REFUND. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM

This company is a scam and they are crooks never got my product I ordered they blame it on the manufacturer not having it in stock when I called the manufacturer it was available danaport never issued me my refund they don't answer calls and never got a reply to the hundred emails I sent

Still no response. Still, no one is answering the phones. Nothing. No acknowledgment whatsoever. I hope no one ever orders from them again.

Placed an order 2 weeks later still not shipped asked for a refund and its been 2 months no refund yet. Stay away from them.

Bought sway bars for my car 1 1/2 months ago A lot of emails and tried phone calling and get nothing they've already got my money $736 now When I call The guy answered and asked for my order number and then hung up on me so when I called back it said this number is no longer in service but when I called from another phone it works what does that tell you about this company STAY AWAY!!! Now I have to use legal means to try to get something done this really sucks how this company works.

I ordered a Snow Performance Stage 1 Kit on August 10, 2022. The next morning, August 11, I emailed the company to ask when it would ship. The response seemed a little rehearsed and that the order would not ship until August 26, at which time I requested a cancellation and refund. I did not get a response before the end of the day so I decided to cut the crap and started a case with my payment method (Paypal). The day after that, August 12, I received a shipment notification with a tracking number from Danaport. The order was delivered on August 16, intact and accurate. I guess I got lucky after seeing all the bad reviews here.

This place is an absolute scam. Ordered tires that magically became back ordered. Canceled my order and never received a refund after numerous calls and email. STAY AWAY

PLEASE do not fall victim to this DANA port store. They grab your attention with google ads from a google search with low priced items listed on their site misleading you into thinking your got a good deal. You will then purchase items and never receive them. You will also not get customer support for your REFUND after cancelation of your order. They violate their own policy of refunding an order within 3-5 business days. DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK AT THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. THEY ARE ALL FAKE!!! Check the negative reviews. Many people are falling victim to these SCAMMERS. SHOPIFY seems to not care that their platform is being used by these thieves so scratch shopify merchants off your shopping list since they support these types of scamners. GOOGLE also seems to support this false advertisement by their paid for ads. Disgusting that there hasn't been put a stop to this by those who can. I have fallen victim to this myself. Sent countless emails, called in and just an automated response each time. Silly me but lesson learnt the hard way. I have filed a dispute with my credit card facility as of now.

Prices are good, in theory and online tho. Avoid them - They are a middleman, and “might” get you your part, if it’s available from the actual manufacturer?! Good luck getting your refund of you cancel; I had to file a bank dispute!! Order elsewhere, from reputable dealers. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Worse customer service ever , I place a oder over a month ago and never got a update on it , and terrible customer service over the phone. Tray to avoid this place at all cost

These people hang up on their on customers are in breach of their own return policy 3 to 5 business days I'm on 12 business days no refund apparently their is absolutely no one to talk to besides 1 girl and 1 tough guy that hangs up on people ...All I have to say is I'm not letting this go I will continue to push the issue to this company closes its doors...Triple B doesn't even accredit this bogus company STAY CLEAR OF THEM

They are THIEVES .. this is an online scam who collect money online by deceiving buyers under the pretense of selling auto parts, they do not send parts or refund money. Look up the huge number of complaints on the BBB website, I am one of them. The owner is hiding his information to make it more difficult to get to him.

Scammers 100% blocked my number when I called them out. Out 1500 now…

I ordered from them and the order never came i then called to cancel couldn't get through they lie lie lie I need someone to contact me they never contacted me. i ordered back in May still waiting for refund they are trying to rip customers off I'm gonna call the bbb on them. i want my damn money bac. they are the worst. Don”t buy from them. They won’t even answer the phone the order was placed and every time you send and email it said the same thing someone will contact you and they never do. They kept changing my delivery date as well three weeks out every time so I cancelled now still waiting for refund of 514.00 .

Scam! Do not place an order! They will never ship and will take months for a chargeback.
