I decided to join a dance class after realizing during the holidays that I wasn’t as fit as I wanted to be. I wanted a fun way to stay active, and this class turned out to be the perfect choice. After attending regularly, I returned to the same hotel where I first noticed my lack of fitness, and people immediately commented on how much more confident I seemed—and I genuinely feel it too!
These classes have become the highlight of my week. The energy, the movement, and the sense of accomplishment after each session make me feel amazing. The instructors are not only skilled but also incredibly encouraging, making the learning process enjoyable for everyone, regardless of experience level. The music is upbeat and motivating, which makes the entire experience even more fun.

Obsessed with these Dance Fit classes! Every term, I sign up without a second thought because they’re just THAT good. The energy is unreal, the music is on point, and the workouts don’t even feel like workouts because they’re so much fun! The instructor is super motivating, and you leave every class feeling amazing (and super sweaty in the best way). If you want to get fit, have fun, and dance like nobody’s watching, this is the place to be. Can’t recommend it enough!

I have just signed up for the second term. I absolutely love it. The dancing, you dance and excersice to your level. Such a friendly atmosphere. Our instructors are lovely. Music excellent.
I feel happier and fitter. I don't have to travel too far. I love all the support we get on line, I have lost weight and inches.
I also love the online dancing support.
The way each week we have the steps online to learn, first then the moves with
music. The only negative I wish they did lessons in my area during the day as well 🤗 thank you so so much

I was nervous about joining but it’s the best thing I have done. I love the class and the instructor is fabulous. The members area is great for getting additional workouts and breakdown of steps. My advice is just do it you won’t regret it

I'm really enjoying my Dance Yourself Fit classes. Best thing I've done in a long time! The classes are great - we have a wonderful teacher who gives every class her very best. She never stops for a minute so it's an hour of constant movement. The music is always brilliant, it can be 70's, 80's and so on. Lovely group in the class and what I really like is that nobody takes it too seriously - it's just great fun.

Thursday evening class at 7.30pm in Tullamore has been amazing, the dance instructor is so kind and caring and just so easy to work with. it’s great as you can go at your own space and wow the feel good factor afterwards is such a reward. My first week 5,30O steps by week 5 I was up to 7,800 steps . Just to say I have never done this before and that’s a result . Mary 57 years young xxxx🤗👏👏👏👏👏. One comment, I would love these classes to take place twice a week.

Aldough I enjoyed classes that I went to and had absolutely lovely teacher, that can't complain about, I got minor injury in my leg during class, and I'm not able to continue because of it. Company refuses me refund for the remaining classes and the one star is for the very poor customer care. On the day there was no proper warm up - especially no leg part at all.

I am so pleased I joined Dance Yourself Fit. I was recovering from Long Covid before I joined, I had become unfit and had put on a 3 stones. I was looking for divine inspiration when the advert for Dance Yourself Fit 28 Day Challenge popped onto my Facebook page.
What a brilliant program designed by a fantastic Dancer, Niall Newman and his wonderful team.
This is so much more than just a dance program - albeit the Dance & Burn class is brilliant. There are live zoom classes in Yoga, Pilates, Latin Dance, Zumba, Bollywood, Fitness Fundamentals, Nutritional Plans, Cook a longs and Nutrition Talks. The Breath Work exercises delivered by Aaron were a gamechanger for me and helped me overcome my Long Covid. The Motivational Talks are Fantastic and Niall always knows how to make sure that all participants get the most enjoyable and rewarding experience from the program.
DYF also has live classes acrosses Ireland and UK.
There are also live classes, live workshops, Wellness Holidays and Christmas Events. Also there is a dedicated facebook page which is always full off inspirational posts. The DYF Swag is Amazing and I love the T-Shirts I purchased and wear them proudly.
In just over six months I have lost three stones and feel fitter, energetic and radiant - the compliments I receive are amazing. This is not just a Program it truly changes your life for the better.
I would thoroughly recommend Dance Yourself Fit.

I went to aerobics classes back in the 80's & really enjoyed the exercise & great music. I always wanted to join a similar class & for years l was unable to find one until DYF. This class is by far the best. Exercise is done by dancing to your favourite music. You keep fit without the pain & boredom that doing exercises can bring. What have you to lose ? Just try it & see what fun it is 💃🏼

I have always exercised but always been put off by the idea of "public exercise". Long story short, after a break up I started to look into doing new things for me and this popped up on my timeline and I went for it and I’m so glad I did. I joined the DYF classes to improve my cardio. I am 67 years old and I was afraid that (a) I might be too old and (b) I wouldn't be able for the actual class. The first night I felt very out of my depth and I was out of breath after a very short time. By the 3rd class I began to know some of the routines a little better and I found my stamina had greatly improved. By week 6 I was thoroughly enjoying the class and felt comfortable with a lot of the steps and was rarely out of breath. I am really looking forward to the next series of classes.

Me and my friend signed up at the same time. We showed up for our first class, but they cancelled it because the hall was double booked. We were told that the time or location may change and if it doesn’t suit we can ask for a refund. Next week we got an email to say that the times will change for any future classes. Both of us send an email requesting refunds as the new times didn’t suit. My friend was told that she can get a refund, whereas I was told I can’t get a refund but they’ll give me credit. I’ve sent them 3 emails after that questioning them, but they ignored me. Eventually I contacted the consumer rights office (CCPC), and was told that I am entitled to a refund and that I should email Dance Yourself Fit with a formal complaint and also inform them if they don’t refund me that I’ll go to the Small Claims Court. And guess what, all of the sudden they were willing to reply to my email and issue me a refund! Stay well away from Dance Yourself Fit, it’s not worth the hassle to sign up with them!

Signed up for a course for myself and my disabled daughter. A class was cancelled due to teacher sickness. After6 weeks of waiting they said they could not re schedule and offered one credit toward another course (would have expected two). I told them not acceptable as I did not know if and when I would re book and I wanted refund. I am entitled to £16 refund they have given me a token £5! Disgusting and immoral company! This is a principle now and I will take this further

Absolutely loved this term so much I’ve already booked for next term 🤩 felt nervous joining but was put to ease straight away with lovely like minded ladies getting out of the house and doing something for ourselves boosting our confidence - highly recommend this class and all the extra you get too online - you can have none stop dancing all week 💃
