I dealt with a lady called Victoria in customer services who was incredibly helpful in respect of sorting a return in which I had made an error with. I received a response literally within minutes of sending the initial email which was extremely helpful and assertive as these things often are never straightforward. The dress I ordered is far bigger than…
The dress I ordered is far bigger than the size it’s supposed to be.
I now have to return it and will be charged £3 for privilege.
I won’t order from them again as I have no confidence in the sizing and don’t want to be throwing money away to return items.

I now have 3 Dove Dresses, they are the most flattering maxi shirt dresses ever!!! I really hope they never stop doing these, love that there are many different colours/patterns. Delivery was as expected.

Still wating for my delivery as it was sent to the wrong part of the Country - Horesham in Surrey. I live in North Wales! Postcodes are completely different. Went direct to Dancing Leopard and didn't want to know as I had ordered through another provider but provided them with all the Tracking details as they sent it!

Loose around bust but beautiful colours
Ordered a dress from here, Firstly I’d like to say what beautiful colours on the dress.
Sadly when trying on I found the dress very gapey around the bust area and any bra would show.
As I love the colours so much I think I will keep the dress but will have to get it fitted and adjusted.

Excellent customer service
The clothes speak for themselves but what I’m impressed by is the customer service. I messed up my email address when ordering a double-your-money gift card for my wife. I contacted customer service after 10pm and when I checked my email the next morning at 9am, the issue had been resolved.

AVOID - dishonest
AVOID! Failed to keep a delivery promise for New Year’s Eve and then told me I’d made it up. Straight out of Bad Customer Service 101. I did NOT imagine your New Year’s Day delivery promise writ large on your website - the company just failed and then blamed me. Save your money for a company that cares!

As confirmed by our customer service team, we did not have a countdown banner on our website advertising delivery timeframes for New Year’s Eve.
All delivery updates, including the cut-off for guaranteed NYE delivery (20.12.2024), were shared on our "Latest Updates" page in the Help section. If a banner advertising NYE delivery had been displayed, we would absolutely acknowledge it, but there was none.
Unfortunately, as your order was placed on 26.12.2024, which was after our cut off, we couldn't guarentee delivery for NYE. We are very sorry for any disappointment caused.

Brilliant customer service
I have to echo some of the other positive reviews here in that I received the most brilliant customer service.
I ordered a playsuit and the zip was faulty. I sent some photos over and Victoria replied saying they could pay for zip to be repaired or replace the whole item. I hate waste so wanted to get the zip repaired and they covered most the cost and gave me a voucher.
I would also add my complaint was dealt with is such a friendly, professional and proactive way too. It really made a difference as I was a bit anxious in needing to "prepare for dealing with customer service" as so many are so poor when you just want the product you ordered to arrive and work. I would add, the playsuit I ordered is beautiful and soft, I love it, just the faulty zip which has now been resolved 😊. Will continue to recommend and purchase, thank you
Just an addition to my review, I ordered another item using the voucher sent and I had some lovely scrunchies sent to me too. Victoria at dancing leopard should do customer services training 💜

Rubbish for refunds
Returned item as sizing is way out, dresses and skirts are straight up and down so don’t account for the fact that women actually have hips (and I’m a size 8) too big at the waist but too tight at the hips. In total £68.74 in total, they deduct £2.99 to return (which I was aware of so fine) but only refunded me £60.76. Pretty rubbish, especially as you have to wait 14 working days for the refund in the first place.

What a fabulous company! Absolutely love the range of clothes for sale. I recently had a glitch with a faulty item and the customer service I received was beyond brilliant.
