Great fit
The fit of the clothes I’ve just ordered is superb. They seem to fit every body type. Just for reference I wear a much bigger size than the gorgeous model featured in the pictures and feel amazing in the clothes. I’ve ordered playsuits and jumpsuits this time and very happy with the print and fit so much above just ordered 3 more!

Stinking of smoke and pen drawings
I am so sad to write this as I love dancing leopards clothing but this is the second time I've had such a bad experience so I have to write a review. First order was a pink jumpsuit it arrived STINKING of smoke, the company were apologetic etc. So I got over it. I thought I will order again and all will be fine. Second order my pink leggings arrive with PEN marks on them, as if a child has been drawing on them!!! I am outraged at the lack of care in the products they are sending out. I will no longer using this company. Outrageous. I am waiting to hear back what they will say about this experience.

Very impressed with Dancing Leopard customer service. I had an issue with a return that was a fault of the delivery service. They responded quickly and went over and above in resolving it even though it was not a fault of theirs. Communication was excellent and it had a personal touch which is rare these days. And I love the jumper I did keep! Thank you.

Excellent customer service is the icing on the cake
I’ve been buying from Dancing Leopard for a number of years and love their standout styles. This morning however, I discovered a broken button on one of my favourite dresses. This wasn’t a quality issue; it’s been worn and washed so many times now. Anyway, because the buttons have Dancing Leopard etched into them I couldn’t just replace with an ordinary button so I emailed the site. Within an hour the lovely Victoria replied and said that of course they would send me a button, with no charge. Just lovely. Highly recommend!

Brilliant Products & Customer Service
Gorgeous products and brilliant customer service.
Got their gorgeous Zinnea sequin mini skirt as a birthday gift and unfortunately it was faulty so started losing sequins. I contacted them providing my friend's order details and the other information they requested and they promptly provided me with a replacement skirt. The customers service provided by Victoria could not have been better and the skirt is absolutely gorgeous so it will definitely be a party staple for years to come.

Really unpleasant experience with this…
Really unpleasant experience with this company. My mother arrested at home and died suddenly followng unsuccessful resuscitation attempts. In my grief I was unable to return an item that I had purchased within 14 days but as it was unopened I explained the situation to customer services and asked them to accept the return as a goodwill gesture. I offered to provide my medical certificate. They insisted it be returned the next day at my own cost (£7) and then debited the £2 returns fee. No empany. No sympathy. No kindness. Just an independent business who will never profit from me again.

For late returns, customers are required to cover return costs. Your return was 37 days outside of our timeframe for a refund but as a gesture of good will, we were happy to accept your return if it was sent back the following day. This is not our usual policy, but something we were happy to make an exception for due to the circumstances.
We are truly disheartened to hear that you have decided not to shop with us again. However, we hope that you may reconsider and that we see you back at Dancing Leopard in the future.
