Ordered two bar stools. They accepted payment and then said that they weren’t going to be in stock for 3 weeks. I agreed to wait. I chased after 3 weeks and they eventually replied to say they weren’t going to be in stock so they would refund. The refund never arrived. I had to contact my credit card company to void the payment. They never answer the phone. The same guy always replies to emails (eventually).

I was initially uncertain about whom to choose for changes in my room, but I recently discovered D&C, a highly professional company. They were remarkably intuitive, understanding my vision without requiring detailed explanations. I was impressed by their ability to bring my ideas to life. I highly recommend them if you're looking to transform your imagination into reality.

Website had a good selection of items that I was looking for, and they had enough stock available in bulk to be dispatched so I could get everything I needed easily in one order. Payment was simple and delivery updates all came through as expected
