I’ve had a fantastic experience with Dandomain’s customer service. Their support team is always quick to respond, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Whether it’s a technical issue or just a simple question, they handle everything professionally and make sure you’re satisfied. It’s clear they really care about their customers!

Reasonable pricing for their services. Simple and transparent administrator panel.
Usually everything works but in rare occasion when I had problem, it was solved easily in short time.

Im their customer fir more than 8 years, i had have problem with my website 2 times. Their support and customer service is fantastic, solved my problem in less than a minute with very good and friendly behaviour.

Unfortunately, we have felt compelled to prepare this review, as Dandomain is set as highly rated which is not the truth.
We were subjected to direct harassment and unprofessional handling of a problem they themselves created.
Our company's main domain was at risk of being stolen due to Dandomain's actions, and then they cancelled us due to their own mistakes and unwillingness to help and fix their mistakes.
Of course we reacted naturally and unsatisfied, but Dandomain's employees could not handle or understand that.
So instead of correcting their mistake, they made sure that we lost another few weeks of production and had to change providers. Of course, we documented everything, so their behavior belongs nowhere in this profession where only ambition thrives.
We hope the review helps them correct this for the future and coming customers.

This morning, I had the pleasure of being supported by Patrick Redke in making some changes in my webshop. Patrick is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and customer-friendly. He was patient in explaining to me not only how the changes could be made, but he also showed me the best possible ways of updating my webshop.

I always receive good service from the consultants of Scannet/DanDomain, but today's experience with Patrick stands out. A great Easter present! :-)

I can’t recommend this company enough. Wannafind that is the same company, has been a support through 20 years also in areas that’s far outside hosting domaines. Furthermore I just switced my webshop from Squarespace to Dandomain, and in a few days I have the same amount of orders as I had a whole month on Squarespace. The support the Dandomain/Wannafind guys has given me has been more than anyone could expect. I have been able to build the whole shop alone with their support, just the 301 directs I needed professionals for.

I do not recommend it..!
I paid for 1 year without having the possibility to choose between monthly or every 1/2 year.
They said that you have the possibility when the new invoice will come to change it after the first year...
Additionally, the service is bad as I just wanted to forward the domain to another site while I built it and it came all the time 404 error (I note that they did the forward for me).
Also, there are better prices with better services to other places which I can not share as it is against Trustpilor rules.

Frederik from DanDomain was brilliant. He fixed everything for me. I have had issues with my Microsoft 365 account for years, and he fixed everything for me within 10 minutes. Perfect service, and I am a delighted Dandomain customer!

I recently needed support from DanDomain for helping out a client in a website project, and I was very impressed with their level of service.

They usually answered within an hour with good, solid support and they even went out of their way to help with things that weren't exactly server- or hosting-related.

I will consider DanDomain for my own projects in the future!

Super nice support service. They reply quickly including suggestions and further explanations, which makes it easier for less tech-savvy people to understand their guidelines.

Had an issue setting up the website name and email. Shino, Frederik and all the team at DanDomain not only helped me understand what I had missed, they actually went in and fixed it themselves, instead of just leaving me with a link to instructions.
All done with great speed with a good attitude

The customer service its always just BAD!!!!!

I have couple of customers who hosting theme pages at dandomain, and always if i need to ask a small think, it always a huge problems your you guys, I always have to spend a lot of time to solve it.
