Dandy is my favorite hoodie it has the best quality and is really comfortable I get so many compliments when I wear it I would definitely recommend it

Updated - finally got my package because of the kind people people at DHL who actually answer customers. I contacted the Dandy support forms on your website and your contact us page. I got a notification that 1 ticket was closed without even an answer so I know you saw my contact. I sent 2 further emails and still nothing. I see the trend of saying "oh you must have ordered from a scam website" to protect your brand but no I ordered directly from you. Order #633975. Hoodie is beautiful but I won't purchase again knowing if anything goes wrong, customer service is non existent and you the owner wrongly assume that the customer got it wrong and not poor business practices.

Purchase a Dandy for my granddaughter, she absolutely loved it!!! She says it’s her favorite gift ever! Great design, outstanding quality and fast delivery!

Ordered a T-shirt for my daughter. Delivery was not quick and the T-shirt is very poor quality for the high price and does not look like the one advertised. Also sizing is small. Beware not worth the money!

Purchased 2 sweatshirts as a gift. We washed them before wearing them (following the instructions, cold water, inside out, delicate cycle, air dry) and one of the shirts red dye ran so bad it looks like a terrible tie-dye job. Customer service said there is nothing they could do. The quality of the shirts seem good, but they obviously are pre-washing them. Definitely do not buy a shirt with any significant colors on a light-colored shirt and DEFINITELY do not think anyone there in customer service will help you in any way.
Update: After much correspondence, Dandy has decided to replace the sweatshirt. We are very happy with this outcome. The shirts seem to be great quality.

They took so long to ship just for it come in and it’s not even what i ordered, awful mistake especially around the holiday. ruined my Christmas surprise to a loved one.

I bought 2 hoodies, one S and one M and they are both amazing! The S is perfectly my size and the M is so cute and oversized. Super warm and the embroidery is gorgeous. Shipping took about 3 weeks coming to Australia, but I did order for black Friday so I think that's really good. Will definitely be buying more!
