Communication about my order was clear and timely and the product is fun and good quality. I purchased two as gifts and everyone is very happy.

Not only fake clothes, but the quality is shambolic. My coat looked like a 5 year old had made it. When asking for a refund, they put you off by saying it will cost a lot to send back, will take weeks etc. So then they lowball you with offers of 30% refund. Disgraceful company, avoid at all costs.

Entirely my fault, but I failed to spot the mention in description for the clothing item I ordered that it was not the real thing, but a 'replica'. The item arrived and was absolutely awful. As if someone had looked at a photo of the real one then closed their eyes and made something a little bit like it.

I belatedly checked the terms and conditions with the intention of getting a refund and found them stuffed full of caveats and clauses that basically say that as soon as you place an order then you've got no choice but to accept the item it and keep it.

They did give me a refund of about 50% in the end by way of compensation when I complained, but the bottom line is I've wasted my time and money.

Don't fall for this nonsense like I did.

After reaching out to Danezon customer service agents on how unhappy I was about the timing and expectations of my product being delivered. I received a full refund from them without any trouble or headaches.

Dear DANEZON,

I finally received my "NIKE" Seattle Seahawks complete fake, piece of junk on-field jacket, There is absolutely nothing about this coat that is close to the original coat made from NIKE. Way to small, no center pocket, everything is cheaply silk screened with the wrong colors, etc. I am so disappointed about this fake garbage, It was a gift for my father, and i had to tell him that the coat was lost because it is that badly made, two sizes to small, I ordered a XL, wouldn't fit a medium person, no where on this planet would it fit an XL person, oh and by the way did I say what a COMPLETE FARCE, NIKE FAKE!! I'm now out $150.00 and no gift for my father that I had to wait over nine weeks to receive.

I am going to reach out to NIKE and let them know that is what DANEZON is saying is a NIKE product, If you are selling a picture of the product that might work, but you tried to create a illegal FAKE NIKE piece of garbage.

Item not as described on website and a fake.
Communication very poor and only received an email when I initiated.
Requests for a refund ignored and refused with vague timescales provided but not actual dates.
Do not use.

Customer service was very supportive, and quick to respond when I had any questions. Product came exactly as ordered with amazing quality.

Terrible experience. I ordered a Nike Nocta Hoodie Nov 29 2025, paid for shipping, and didn’t receive it until Jan 27 2026.
When I received the hoodie, the quality was disgraceful and very clearly a replica. I had no idea it was going to be a replica, as the pictures posted on the DANEZON website are the same photos used on the official Nike website. Communication is only via email with DANEZON, and I haven’t been able to find out how to return this garbage bag, overpriced, hoodie they sent me. Very disappointed, do not recommend this company.
