We would like to clearly explain that this delay is on the courier’s end (UPS). Once a parcel is handed over to the carrier, it is under their control, not ours. Delays during peak season are unfortunately common, and while we cannot physically move the package ourselves, we consistently follow up with UPS and monitor your shipment from our side.
We are not, nor do we ever intend to, deceive our customers. All order records, shipment documents, and communication logs are properly maintained and available.
As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, we are happy to offer you a delay compensation courtesy credit once the parcel is delivered. And please rest assured that if, for any unexpected reason, your parcel is ultimately not delivered, we will issue you a full refund.

Had to cancel my order on my part within 48 hours. Very quick response and very polite and understanding and just asked for a possible reason as to why I requested to cancel, even offering my $15off a change of mind. Refund now initiated and very happy with this service, will be using this company for Christmas presents. Some items maybe replicas but they are exceptional quality like you would expect with originals

Cannot return unless defective
The quality of the Stussy sweatshirt was not the same as the one I received directly from stussy.com. It is much lighter in weight. Tried to return it but they will not accept returns unless product is defective. Are you kidding? I will never purchase from Danzeon again .
