I ordered 3 itens in August. However, only one arrived one month after. I constantly send emails to them asking for a refund, but I was completely ignored.

Also scammed by the company, asked for a refund and was ignored by Bibelis at their customer services department.

IT’S A SCAM.

I ordered a jacket on August 25th, but it never arrived. I have written repeatedly, but received no response.

Three weeks ago, I received an email stating that the jacket had been delivered, unfortunately in Germany instead of Italy. I asked for an explanation but received none, and I also provided them with all the screenshots of the order showing that the address I had provided was in Italy.

Customer service continues to ignore me.

Ps. For this they ask - through their Ig stories - to their followers to write false reviews on trustpilot. Cause their score is very low!!

Terrible customer service, I ordered 4 items, all felt cheap and frankly unwearable. They would not process a return or refund for me, their customer service will ignore you. Please save your money.

1 Month delivery time, bad communication, clothes send from chine and no return accepted.

I ordered the Aramife top from D’Angela Panelli, and while it took about two weeks to arrive, which felt a bit long, it was definitely worth the wait! The top is super cute and the quality exceeded my expectations—I'm really happy with my purchase.

I ordered 3 Tops and just two got delivered than I wrote a message to them and everything was cleared.I asked them how i can return things and they never responded .I wrote several messages and never got an answer now I have to tops that doesn’t fit and I think that I will never ever get my money back.Dont order from there!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered two jumpers and only one turned up after over 3 weeks waiting. The other jumper is still missing and there is no tracking so it looks like it was never sent. The jumper that did arrive is awful quality and looks nothing like the one I ordered online. No labels on the product.

This company is a complete scam. Do not order from them!

I received the products after 3 weeks, shipped from China in cheap packaging. Their social media and website are completely untruthful. The links on their website are incorrect, as well as all their info. Should be illegal! Terrible, terrible, complete SCAM!

The links on their website do not take you to anywhere, they don’t have social media - there is no way to reach out to them. Should be illegal! Terrible product and terrible service.

It’s not from Spain, it’s from China. Also the label is not in my vest I ordered. Just not the product I expected.

The package arrived quite quickly and the customer service was quite quick at replying at my emails, as I was slightly worried after reading the reviews. The top I bought looks good and I’m quite happy with it
