Disappointing Experience and Poor Communication
I placed an order for three articles on May 26th and have had nothing but frustration since. Despite being told by a Dangela Paneli Team that my order had already been sent, I have received no updates, no invoice, and no tracking information. The shipping status on the website still shows as pending with no details about the courier, expected delivery date, or even where the shipment is coming from.
I have an upcoming event and no dress to wear, which is incredibly disappointing. None of my questions have been answered satisfactorily, and the lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. If I do not receive a clear and prompt resolution, I will have no choice but to report this business as a scam.
I expected better service and reliable communication, but this experience has been a complete letdown. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.
