Perfect fit for my Premier.

The customer service is truly horrendous. I’ve been trying to get in contact to discuss a bass that’s potentially a prototype, and to get general information. Sent 2-3 emails, not a single confirmation, no emails back, it’s been a month since I sent the first one and I’ve heard nothing.

You did a great job getting the parts that I required. You said they’d be better in April and they were thank you so much very dependable.

Please include screws with truss rod cover purchase.

The tail piece look great on my re-conditioned 1966 Guild X-500.

I am a big fan of the reborn D'Angelico company and have owned several: a Deluxe Atlantic Ltd, a Deluxe Bedford Ltd, and my current #1: A 2013 EX-SD flame maple sunburst—which is a perfect LP-style guitar that's better than any LP I have played. Plus, you get excellent customer service, great personal communication, quality parts and merch. Keep up the good work!

I wasn't sure if I could get anyone to respond to my problem....but I was pleasantly surprised! Good communication makes a world of difference when there's a problem.

Just needed a new handle for my amp - My Supro Blues King Amp handle just split in two (?) I have no idea how it happened. You sent me a replacement that fit and now I can carry the amp again.

Everyone at the shop was great worked quickly and expertly to get my problems resolved parts were great customer service was even better would definitely recommend it to everyone I know

I own a few D'Angelico guitars, and I love them all. The customer service is exemplary.

I'm pleased with my order. It arrived well-packed and undamaged, and of course the quality is first-class.
The only glitch was in the online ordering process itself. I attempted to purchase four of the wooden control knobs, but the site would only accept an order for one. Then, at checkout, it was revealed that the knobs were out of stock completely and unavailable. That said, overall I'm a satisfied customer, and would order again from D'Angelico.

Can you send me the smaller two screws that fit this model truss rod cover ?
