Terrible customer service. Belittling and mocking tone in their response. Fortunately quick with it, but outright laughed at me in said communication. Overall I’m dumbfounded by the experience I had given how positively I went into it.
I've been waiting more than three months for the payment device conversion, the guys have stopped responding to my emails. In the last response they told me they have no ETA and they will get back to me. Seems like I got scammed.
This company always goes above and beyond in aid of customer satisfaction. Got a flexMT havent got it installed yet but can't wait I've also purchased 2 or 3 other implants from them over the course of a year or so and every time its been a pleasure. On some products they even offer lifetime replacement which is really amazing.
