Beware- You’ll Never Receive YourOrder

Do not go anywhere near these charlatans. I placed my order 10th December 2025, order confirmation stated next day tracked Royal Mail delivery. No tracking number received meaning it had never been dispatched. On the 10th January I requested a full refund because 30 days had now passed with no delivery. They lied and said they had refunded me, my Bank confirmed these charlatans DID NOT refund me. I told the charlatans to give me back my money or I’m reporting them to Action Fraud and Spotify. They kept saying it takes 5-7 days for a refund. I’ve now had to initiate a chargeback via my Bank to get my money back from these crooks. I try my utmost to support black businesses but not when they behave like this. They’ve even switched off commenting on their Instagram page preventing you from forewarning potential customers. I shall return to and stick with Fenty Beauty

Terrible & deceptive

Terrible. Will not be ordering from this unprofessional company again.
Imagine promoting Black Friday sales all over social media and next day Royal Mail delivery for this item to not even have arrived 3 weeks after ordering THEN to be told ‘order cancelled’. I am still waiting for this delivery as the customer service said it was an “error”. I am now using some back channel tracking service to supposedly track this order.
Even if the item arrives, it’s a no from me forever.

I just got my first bag and I love it

I just got my first bag and I love it! The packaging and the quality of the bag is amazing. I have my eye on the mini tote next. I enjoyed my experience from ordering right through to delivery and I will be back for sure.

DO NOT ORDER from this company!!

DO NOT ORDER from this company!!! I would give this company 0 stars if I could! They are scammers and always reply with the same response se when you ask about your order: “your order is processing”. I ordered my lip glosses ($103.06) worth, on 6/17, and the last email I got was on 7/3 telling me my order was still processing! My order was supposed to be here by now according to their initial correspondence to me! I will NEVER order anything again without doing research. I typically do, but unfortunately I did not do it this time!

Believe the hype!

I received a prompt response to my request for tracking information, and coincidentally, received my order the same day. It’s rare for a business to show such care and concern for their customers! I will certainly shop here again! Excellent products.

Do Not Thrust! I cannot believe this person is advertising again , and I still have not received the two lipsticks I bought, or my money back, I gave him the benefit of returning either but that is not going to happen .

I am going to be honest, i’am quite a savvy 75 year old woman, I just didn’t take the time to checkout thrust pilot,I ordered two lipstick, which did not arrive so I e-mailed them I got a reply saying it will arrive on the 21-3-25 then nothing I sent several e-mails to witch I had no response, shame on this Company for scamming customers of hard earned money the review’s are bogus at lest some of them , I got in touch with Shop to leave an review and then they disappeared from that app, I have no alternative but to report it the Fairer trade Standard and also my Credit Card Company , to ask for my money to be refunded

2 months delay...Items never shipped to U.S. Unfilled promises. Business is not ready to scale.

The business is not ready to scale globally with online orders. I placed an order in October 2024. The order was 50% for an early sale. Later he ran a black Fridaysale, same 50%. I received ONE email from him updating customers about the delay in shipping and a promise of 1 free wallet. 1 1/2 months later I received a fedex tracking number. The tracking was only label created. The label was created for 1 1/2 months. I sent emails and instagram messages to the company. He responded via IG both times and did leave me one voicemail. While the company was communicative AFTER i reached out, there was not true sense of transparency about the delays. I kept being promised that the items should ship the following week. And received a promise of a free bag (a tiny tote) for the inconvenience. He communicated that he was waiting for a shipment of over 1,000 bags from the Chigwell distribution center...he also said customs was holding the package...he also said the holidays delayed things. After 2 1/2 months of waiting, I cancelled the order via IG DM. I was told I would receive the refunds in 3-5 days. It's been 13 days. It appears that everyone in the local UK area has a great experience. But the business is not ready for international shipments. The original email said it would take up to 11 days to ship after processing for a few days. I was even prepared to wait a month. But after almost 3 months, I gave up. I would NOT recommend if you are waiting for the order to ship. Do not believe the influencer hype. The average everyday persons appears to wait and wait. I DM'd 2 other ladies who commented on FB ads and they experienced something similar. For a bag trying to enter into a luxury market, in additional to bag quality there has to be a heightened level of customer service and I think their online popularity or advertisements is not ready . Now the website says that they are restocking and new items coming in mid February 2025. Not sure if I can believe that. Proceed with caution . If you purchase use a buy now pay later option or your credit card, just in case you have to dispute the purchase if you never receive your goods.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience! I placed an order nearly two months ago, and not only was the delivery endlessly delayed with no updates, lies & excuses, but when I finally gave up and requested a refund, that turned into an even bigger nightmare. After being told multiple times that my refund was “processed,” it turns out that was a complete lie. Weeks later, I am still waiting for MY money while being fed excuse after excuse. Their customer service is an absolute joke — no accountability, no transparency, and zero respect for their customers. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about its customers. Avoid at all costs! I’ll never order from here again.

This company isn't trust worthy

This company isn't trust worthy. I'm not sure if reviews are legit. Ordered & paid for bag in 11/24. I've been going back & forth online with staff & Daniel Diyepriye with continuous lies and excuses. Now this morning 1/7/25 website says we will be back in 40days in restock. They took our money so now I will need to take legal actions. I wish we read reviews before purchasing, would of saved us the headache and now energy we have to take to get refund. Shame on you Daniel Diyerpriye.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I am deeply disappointed with the utterly unprofessional and deceptive practices of Danieldiyepriyeusa.com. I ordered two bags on November 27th, 2024 as part of their Black Friday sale, and despite their repeated promises and excuses, I have yet to receive my items over a month later.

From the very start, communication was abysmal. I had to reach out repeatedly for updates, and each time I received conflicting or vague responses about customs delays and shipping timelines. I was told my items would ship by December 9th. Then, I was promised delivery within 10 working days—another lie. When I pressed for updates, I was met with flimsy excuses about bank holidays and generic claims about customs holding my order.

To add insult to injury, I was offered a refund and even a "free gift" to placate me, neither of which materialized. Their failure to deliver isn't just a logistical issue—it’s indicative of a complete disregard for their customers.

Furthermore, the lack of transparency is alarming. Comments are disabled on their Instagram, which suggests they are actively silencing dissatisfied customers like me. A quick online search revealed this is not an isolated incident; there’s a pattern of U.S. customers being scammed out of their money with no resolution.

This company is a scam. They prey on customers who want to support a Black-owned business but fail to uphold even the most basic standards of honesty or customer service. My money could have gone to a legitimate business that values its customers, but instead, I was deceived.

Save your money and your sanity - shop with and support another Black business.

Where is my order number 2260 ?????

Where is my order number 2260 that i purchased since last year November 2023?????. Horrible customer service. No communication, took my money, didn’t deliver my bag till date . Horrible run is a scam!!!! Do not purchase if you live in the USA. Horrible !!!!!! Am so scared never seen a thing like this in my life. SCAM!!! SCAM!!!!SCAM!!!!!!
