Amazing customer experience. I bought a luggage from Danilo. As soon as I ordered online, Danilo was extremely proactive and kept me updated with the order. In addition to the great service, the product i received was perfect and exactly as described.

We live in Denmark. I bought an LV turtle for my wife as a birthday present. When the order was placed, I realized that I had the wrong email. I corrected the email to Danilio, who returned it immediately and made sure that I received a receipt and tracking number. I should confess I’m not an easy personality especially when concerns selection , ordering and tracking the orders . But the patience Danilo showed with me ordering-pressing for quick delivery- cancellation of the order - money pay back - return back to him with the same order - accepting me calmly and friendly - and finally arranging quick delivery of the exclusive product !!! He should be made of a rock or stainless steel to bear me and not to put me in the black list, moreover he should have magic to convince logistics to take it as it was.
