Walked me through the procedures and answered all my questions. Very chill people and that makes the whole process much more pleasant.

Ordered 3 months of maintenance and currently nearing 1 month since it started. As long as its within the maintenance service plan, they complete any tasks I requested very quickly. They respond to any new tasks I requested to let me know they received it and will work on it. They also update me every time they finished a task with screenshot proofs.
Professional
They are knowledgeable with the games and keep up with the games' current events. This makes it easy to talk to them using in game terminologies and get updated about new features/events. They tell me when there are tasks that are not included within my maintenance service so I can do them myself or offer another service package that includes it. They do not pressure me to buy another package at all.
Highly recommended.
