I needed to replace a clock mechanism and had already got the wrong one from Amazon, so was delighted to come across Danclockshop online.

This is good old fashioned service at its very best. The clock mechanisms aren't expensive, so i was surprised and delighted that Jen spent time with me to work out exactly what I needed, replying quickly each time and posting it straight on to me for next day delivery.

Once you have the right mechanism, the replacement itself is easy - especially as there is a nice 'how to' video on the website. So I now have my favourite kitchen clock up and running again and can stop looking up at the blank wall 100 times a day!

I ordered a replacement quartz pendulum mechanism for a striking clock I bought online from Italy some 20 years ago. It had started losing time despite changing the battery. I found this company online and I checked with them that what I was replacing, was what was going to be sent out to me. They were exceptionally helpful and despite my original hands not fitting the new mechanism, they advised me on some replacements which I ordered and work wonderfully. I now have a working clock again, keeping good time.
