Selling Pokémon product in this day and age, at RRP? Madness.
I've had more luck getting Pokémon product here than anywhere else minus Pokémon Center. The fact that it's RRP and delivered quickly, makes it a near miracle. Thanks Dan

Great family-run tcg service!
I had an enquiry about pre-orders and they were fast with their response! True to their word, orders dispatched for release for my pre-order, very happy with the purchase and for great value!

Waited patiently, then order cancelled the moment I emailed
I placed an order for OP-14 on 9th January and genuinely gave the benefit of the doubt no chasing, no pestering, assuming delays happen.
But the minute I finally asked for an update, the order was cancelled and refunded within 15 minutes. That doesn’t feel like “busy”, it feels like my order wasn’t being dealt with at all until I spoke up and then the easiest option was to refund instead of fulfil.
Poor communication and really frustrating as a customer.
