This company are robbers they charged me £106 for a pitboss auger Motor when a got the motor the invoice said it was 7.88 euros and was a 100%free under warranty so were do they get £106 the exact one on Ebay is £23 they are out of order would never deal with again
Horrible. I received a brand new pit boss grill as a gift. I did the initial burn off without issues. However, when I went to use the grill again later I received a ErP error. I called customer service and they explained it was a bad probe and wanted to charge me $50 for the padt. Why would I need to pay $50 for a faulty part.
If this company is going to sell faulty products, I would highly advise to advoid.
